Good quiet location but only ten minutes to the h.
Great location, lovely staff and a very comfortable stay. We went for the one bedroom apartment which was a bit bigger and well worth the extra cost. Basic cooking facilities….two hot plates and a microwave, but certainly adequate. Lovely balcony and two large settees in the living room. Ten minutes from the harbour with restaurants, bars etc, and a shopping mall only a short walk away. Good price, we will be back, so highly recommended.

They kicked us out an hour earlier than the scheduled checkout time. The toilets had to be flushed 3 times to work. Both the customer service and the property were very bad.

Pleasant stay
Just an overnight stop the location was ideal for us (our meeting was in the club nextdoor). The receptionist was very helpful and informative. The location of this hotel is very good not far from the harbour or the mall (wether you want sightseeing or shopping it's ideal). It is a bit dated but clean and tidy. The checkout is 11 am not noon as per paperwork. There are no lifts but it's only 2 story.

Gebucht für drei Nächte hatten wir leider das Pech ein abgelegenes Erdgeschoß Apartment zu bekommen. Umgeben von Mauer und Poolliegen war auf der Terrasse keine Privatsphäre vorhanden. Mikro Pool. Das Innere einfach, dunkel und trist. Haben nach einer Nacht das Hotel gewechselt.

Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend. Only thing I could say is it’s disappointing having to pay extra to use the AC and WIFI (except free in the lobby)

It was quite nice place. We arrived in the middle of night and had some problems with right room and keys. Everything caused by our late arrival from Estonia and hotel shift end. Pool was clean, during summer time there is minibar. Location is create- everything near. If you like walk then discover shortcut over the hill, it leads you with 7 minutes to harbour are. Kings mall is near (5 min walk) - so all perfect. I would stay there again.

Not the best
Although it’s cheap, it is actually pretty poor. You have to pay extra for air con and WiFi. The rooms are outdated and basic (even though we were in the new block apparently). The lights don’t work unless you have a key card inserted, so it’s actually pretty dangerous, and the locks were really hard to use. On the positive side it’s only a short walk to the harbour so it’s a convenient location. The pool is only small and was crowded every day so we didn’t bother using it.

Lovely family-run place offers great value
I was blessed with an upgrade so my room was fantastic for the bargain price. It overlooked a charming chapel and little park with greenery. Perhaps people who stay in the annexe across the street might not find the surrounds so charming. Other reviews say the rooms are dated. Sure, but the price reflects this. It's very clean & well-equipped, close to Kings Mall and the tourist area and I would stay again without hesitation.

Nice apartments.
Lovely clean apartment, had everything we needed. Cleaners even did the washing up we hadn’t had time to do. Clean baby travel cot provided. Overall great experience, would stay here again.

Nice place with great location
I stayed with 4 friends in 2 apartments for 1 night. The apartments are big and clean, with twine beds, kitchen and balcony. Service was good. Wifi and air condition in the rooms are with extra charge but it shows in the hotel details.

Handy location
Great location in a quiet area. Short walking distance to Paphos harbour and bar street etc. The beds were quite solid, but adequate for our needs.

10 to 15 minute walk from the main shops and bars.
An ok establishment if a little dated. For the price in comparison to another property I stayed in at another resort later in the week then it did not remotely match up. No welcome facilities e.g. tea/coffee or water. Poor TV and very poor internet connection. Proprietor wanted extra for air conditioning as well!

Very nice but two issues
Very nice apartments but with two significant flaws. Both the public areas and room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and air conditioning is 6 euros each night. If these don't bother you then it's a nice play to stay, with friendly people.

Stay away.
I booked a superior room, but on arrival they gave us a standard room. I complained and the receptionist gave me another room, "same same but different" as with a view on the swimming pool. I told him it was not the kind of room I had booked and I have shown him the pictures from the website: he answered they had changed the furniture! In worse! On the website there are 20 pictures of a superior room but rooms are not like these. More other, I had to pay for the air conditioning (6€) while on Hotels.com it looks like it's free (you have scroll down the page to the very bottom to read that A/C is not free). Very bad experience.

Zentral gelegene Unterkünfte
Die Unterkünfte liegen zwischen Kato Paphos und zur Grenze nach "oben" Paphos. Die Königsgräber sind 2 km entfernt. Der Strand ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Kato Paphos ist 5 Min. entfernt. Bäcker gibt es Richtung "oben" Paphos die Straße hoch, ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß. Ein modernes Einkaufszentrum steht auch in der Nähe, das aber die Geschäfte von Paphos oben verdrängt hat. Lieber mal nach Paphos hochlaufen, ca. 20-30 Min. und sich dort auch mal umschauen. Ist auch ganz schön. Adapter für die Stromanschlüsse haben wir vom Hotelier zur Aufladung unserer Handys kostenlos ausgeliehen. Alles sehr sauber. Momentan gibt es leider 2 Baustellen in der Nähe, aber die sind hoffentlich bald fertig. Mit dem Auto ist von dort Vieles erreichbar.

Pokój z aneksem kuchennym oraz łazienką. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, kosze regularnie opróżniane, pościel zmieniana raz w tygodniu, ręczniki świeże co 3 dni. Materace wygodne, pościel dobrej jakości (bawełniana). W aneksie kuchennym podstawowe wyposażenie (jest otwieracz do wina). Środki czystości (płyn do mycia naczyń, gąbka, ściereczka do naczyń). Lodówka z zamrażarką mrozi doskonale. Łazienka mała, prysznic bardzo mały (dla osób niepełnosprawnych lub z dzieckiem wzięcie prysznica praktycznie niemożliwe). Okolica wspaniała, do centrum historycznego bardzo blisko, ale w hotelu cicho i spokojnie. Internet w pokojach płatny, w lobby bezpłatny i działa dość szybko. Parking pod budynkiem hotelu lub na ulicy bezpłatnie. Miejsc dużo. Blisko do sklepów.

Decent value for money
Stayed for 3 nights in a double bed apartment. Check in was straightforward. The guy is in the habit of saying strange things and talking loudly, but otherwise nice and friendly. The room is a bit dated, like something out of the 70s, but otherwise clean, comfortable and functional. There's a nice balcony which gets sun all day and I imagine a nice place to sit and relax if you had the time. The apartment came with fridge, cooker and all the utensils needed to cook. The fridge worked fine, but didn't use the cooker. No one cleaned the room the 3 days I was there and I can imagine another days stay and it will would have been intolerable. One day I did find 3 cockroaches. Sadly this and cleanliness is the one thing I can't abide by. A nice feature is the double thick curtains which are great at blocking out the morning sun. Location wise, it's about 10 minutes to the harbour and 5 to kings avenue mall. So very convenient. It can be an annoying walk from the harbour though. The road are narrow and there isn't always pavement. The locals tend to be quite respectful drivers, but can be a bit scary at night when all you are is headlights. One thing that really annoyed me is the internet. It's free in the lobby and if you want access in the apartments it's €1 a day. Overall, decent value for money considering what you get.
