The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean as was the breakfast area. Definitely worth the money and I would stay here again

Clean stay with good breakfast. Only thing weong was the hot water coming out of the shower was actually cool/hardly warm.

Having a night light in the bathroom was a plus. I get up during the night and not having to turn on a big light was great.

Thanksgiving Vacation
Our stay was great. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and provide everything you need. Kids slept well which was a plus because they are pretty picky to sleep when its not their home. Their breakfast was on point everyday was different option (stayed 3 days) and the staff were wonderful specially with our the kids (Our son is autistic).

We checked into our room which was clearly never cleaned. Bed was unmade, garbage in can, lights were on. We called the desk immediately and we were given another room.

Frustrated
Checked into a room where the ac unit was rattling. Immediately asked to change rooms and the desk clerk said they couldn’t change my room. Only option was to cancel my reservation. A lot of hassle for me to find another hotel and change hotels. Bad hotel policy of not just switching my room. Won’t come back

Location was great. First room the thermostat was wonky and we couldn’t change the temperature and it it was very cold! Changed rooms and it was much better. The breakfast buffet was great.

This hotel is very conveniently located. We spent two nights here. Was very quiet. Clean rooms, clean lobby. Friendly staff.

Beds were more firm than I am used to, but otherwise the room was very good. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. A few maintenance issues: remote needed new batteries, toilet kept running, bath tub drain was slow. Management indicated that they would take care of it; I informed them when we checked out.

Clean and friendly staff. Minor maintenance issues in bathroom. Staff stated that they have been without a maintenance man for 4 months but new guy is quickly fixing things. Nice breakfast spread but with too much salt in everything. We are staying there again on the way back through.
