The property is very basic and lacking in basic things like hand towels, shower mats, face cloths, and decent linens. However it is a budget property and it serves this purpose adequately. Stains on the couch had me concerned as to what they could have been. Maid service one in our 7 night stay was a welcome feature.

Instalaciones nuevas, habitación confortable, limpia. Lo único es que no tiene estacionamiento propio. Tuve que dejar el coche en la calle, pero en esa zona no hay parquímetros.

No hubo limpieza del apartamento en 4 días. Solo nos dejaron un juego de toallas y un rollo de papel higiénico. No dejaron jabón. El aire acondicionado a pesar de estar en su posición de enfriamiento maximo no enfriaba nada.

Loud strip club across street, bad ac, huge spider
This place is across the street from a loud strip club. No peace to be had extremely loud until 4am in the morning many nights of the week. The AC does not work when you leave the room and the ac is too small for this place so it is very very hot and uncomfortable. We also had a giant spider as big as my husbands hand in our room. Terrifying to say the least!!! Also the man that runs this place came into pur apartment when we were gone and we came back and cought him inside!!! He tried to tell us there was a problem with our toilet and he was going to come fix it . BUTTT creepily there was no problem and he never came back. This place was over priced and the most uncomfortable noisy hot place we stayed during our extended trip to Playa. The pool is also run down and nothing like the pics. This place looks much nicer in the photos than it actually is.

Receptionが，ないのでちょつと不便。(TELでの対応)　場所的には,周辺の通りに出れば食事処があり便利。Apartmentなので，Amenityは持参。 部屋は,1人だと充分だが，2人だと狭いかな。机は簡易手作りのため，貧弱です。屋上のPoolは，眺めもよく良かったです。

C'est un bel appartement confortable, proche de la plage et de tous les services. Je n'ai pas aimé ça pendant notre séjour il n'y avait pas de service de ménage et 7 jours il faut au moins 1 fois laver la salle de bain et balayer.

Good location
Good location. A 10 minutes walk to the beach and ADO bus station. Wifi worked great but in the room only. Rooftop pool was nice, not too crowded. Make sure you bring your own shampoo, soap and other products usually available on hotels/apartment rentals. It is a good find at a very cheap price. Would stay there again. Also bring hangers and hand towels if you need them as they were not provided either.

Quick and Easy 1 night stay
Nice and close to bus station. Found our Rep since he met us as we walked from the bus station. Used WhatsApp to meet him. All good pleasant stay. Only stayed one night

A little cold that night but very refreshing. Careful no railings where the steps are.

My stay was very good is just the checkout was to early my fly was at 6:56 pm so I had to stand oriundo with my loges until 3pm and I believe the I pay for the seven that mean the hold day you toll me to check our 10 am that wasn’t cool to be out with my wife and my two kid on the street

El edificio es muy bonito y moderno. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario, la cama un poco dura, el baño queda sin luz cuando no hay movimiento lo cual es molesto porque quedas a oscuras. El aire acondicionado lo cobran aparte si lo quieres, durante mi estancia no fue necesario pero si se viaja en temporada de calor fuerte valdrá 5 dólares más .

- Für die Klimaanlage hätten wir einen Aufpreis von 4,00 us-dollar/nacht zahlen sollen. Davon Stand nichts in der Anzeige. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und neu. Küche, Badezimmer, Schlafraum alles in Top Zustand und neu. - wer should pay a extra fee for the air-condition us$4,00 /day. There was no hint during the booking process. Accommodation and house are very new and clean. Except the ac was everything ok.

Muy ruidoso
Las instalaciones muy bien. Lo único que no nos gusto fue el ruido de un bar que está justamente enfrente del edificio, la música demasiado fuerte desde las 4 - 5 pm hasta muy tarde en la madrugada y todos los días excepto el lunes. Las ventanas no tienen aislamiento de ruido, tuvimos que comprar tapones para los oídos.

The place was nice!
It was our first time renting a hotel apart from taking an all inclusive trip to Mexico. The place was clean and I like the architectural design of the building. A lady named Carmen was so nice she helped us for the entire check in. We were put in the room that has broken aircondition, Sam addressed the issue right away and we were transfer into another room. Room were clean and big enought for 2 guest. There are utensils, pots,pans and fridge. They change towels two times a week and a cleaning lady comes once a week to clean the room. There is also pool at the rooftop. Elevator was out of service so we have to climb the stairs everytime we wants to use the pool. The location was accessible to eveything. Overall I had an amazing stay at Irish Studio. I will definitely come back Suggestions: maybe a safety deposit box for each room

Only thing is the AC cost extra and I wasn't used to that so it felt weird. Considering I always look for ac I have never had to pay cash to use it, after I made sure the room had it. It's a pain to pay cash.

Upon arrival the person I'm supposed to meet was a couple of minutes late. When showing me the apartment he said air conditioning was an extra cost and then took the remote would I would not pay. there were only two bath towels no washcloths for hand towels. Only one roll of toilet paper no spare.I was gone on tours for 2 days and ran out of toilet paper on my last day. The phone number I was given to contact somebody for the property did not work.. the day I wanted to use the pool the elevator to the rooftop did not work.

Aircon has an extra fee as reported in expedia sites, considering the phone numbers u can contact 4 phones, we never received a call or a message or an email from u. About the elevator we have had an issue with it and we took 1 day to fix it. Saludos

Be aware of daily cash fee for A/C
I booked a Gold studio. Description said it had a patio or balcony but IT DID NOT. Most other rooms do. It was also alongside the road and very noisy, and a/c would not cool the room much. There is also a daily a/c fee payable for your entire stay upon checkin in cash. You can actually book your stay without seeing that, unless you click to see the fine print before booking. When there are fees for a/c I understand why, but it should NEVER be in fine print and shame on Hotels.com or any other book site that permits this. It should be right there by a/c or in the main room description for all to see before booking.

Lo más importante de un alojamiento es descansar, tener un protector de plástico sobre el colchón y un colchón de muelles NO ayuda, es un pena porque el sitio tiene una buena relación calidad precio SI subsanasen esa deficiencia
