모던하고 풍성한 아침식사
건물 외관에 비해 내부 인테리어가 모던하고 깔끔합니다~ hotel's.com gold회원혜택으로 방을 업그레이드 받아서 더 좋았습니다. 아침식사는 풍성한 부페였으며 여러가지 달걀요리 소세지 등 요청하면 즉석에서 해줘서 좋았습니다. 주차장은 호텔 지하에 공영주차장이 있습니다. 호텔에서 Stamp받으면 조금의 할인이 있는듯 합니다.

매우만족. 위치가 번화가에서 조금 떨어지면 좋은가격에 깨끗하고 편안한 호텔에 머물수있다. 직원들도 친절하고 근처 카페도 좋다. 지하철역 100m거리, 캐리어끌고도 2-3분이면도착. 지하철 매우 가까워 중심가 숙소보다 이동이 더 편했다.

Pretty much everything was perfect, it was quiet, very clean and staff were always available if help was needed. The only issue I had which was not major at all was that one of the windows wasn’t able to fully close but not sure why. Other than that everything was perfect

No air conditioning. Had to open windows with no screens. Extremely loud construction noise throughout the night. A man (a big fellow) wasn’t very hospitable at the reception, perhaps he can use a course or two on customer service. I will not stay at this hotel again & would not recommend it. Also, it had a smell that lingered & gave me a headache.

Be warned: in winter there is no ventilation. Your only options are full heat, no heat, or window open. I was rudely informed of this by the staff when I asked how to put on a fan in my stuffy room. Also my room was run down with splitting, dirty wallpaper, worn furniture and dust.

The location of the hotel is great since the metro station is nearby and the taxis are available 24 hours.. An ideal hotel if you are looking for a safe area that has local businesses, economical restaurants and you get to mingle with the locals.

Mooi hotel, goed ontbijt. Dichtbij metro en bus. Jammer van het vele lawaai (zowel binnen als buiten) en de slecht geïsoleerde kamers. Vooral de ramen laten veel lawaai door en we zaten nochtans op het bovenste verdiep.

Hello Team Iluion, Just wanted to share my thoughts on my recent stay. Overall, it was good – comfy room, friendly staff, and breakfast that hit the right notes. But, and it's a bit of a bummer, the bathroom situation left me a tad disappointed. The lack of privacy felt a bit too close for comfort, and it kind of took away from the overall experience. I hate to be a downer, but I believe an adjustment there could really elevate the stay. Thanks for listening, and here's to hoping my next visit will be even better.
