Lo unico que tengo que decir en esta ocacion es sobre el agua caliente, en los 2 dias que nos hospedamos no nos pudimos bañar con agua caliente, la explicación del encargado fue qué estaba descompuesto el boiler y que solo estaba en servicio el boiler solar por lo tanto solo en hrs del dia salia agua tibia, pero para mala suerte de nosotros a esas hrs no estabamos en el hotel. Es la unica queja en esta ocacion en todo lo demas esta excelente. Y si me volveria a hospedar como siempre lo he hecho.

I booked a hotel last minute a day I was arriving and got a room on a patio on the first floor overlooking the garden. It was amazingly quiet centrally located so I could find food at night on Monday with no problems. Enjoyed the silence at night sndEnjoy the silence at night and the quality sleep on a comfortable bed and AC! As a solo traveler, I loved it

Great location in the heart of Tlaquepaque. Friendly and helpful staff make you feel at home during your stay. Authentic Mexican breakfast included with stay. Clean and safe place to stay. One thing that was advertised but not available during our stay was the swimming pool. We would stay here again.

Very friendly staff who were very accommodating. Location was excellent as just a block away from Old Town centre.

Place is convenient. However, it can be noisy. Room Fiorenza had a live roach in the bathroom. Floors had hairs that we tried to wipe with toilet paper. Underneath the bench close to the bed they do not clean. Restaurant service was slow. Receptionist serves as waiter also. The receptionist told us service was at 7:30 a.m. We arrived at 7:45 and the staff told us service started at 8:00. Overall, was not pleased with our stay.

Very quiet, though in the middle of the Tlaquepaque. Very good amenities in the room. Very comfortable. Air conditioner excellent. Really good breakfast included. Staff is wonderful

Excelente Hotel
Mi estancia siempre es excelente, lo recomiendo ampliamente, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, el personal es muy amable, cerca del Parian, ya nos hemos hospedados en otros hoteles en Tlaquepaque pero ninguno lo recomiendo. No es necesario que agregue fotos porque las fotos que estan en la pagina de San Pietro es como realmente es el hotel actualmente.

Nice hotel and centrally located
Great location and wonderful staff and beautiful gardens and very secure. The negative for us was that there is only one parking stall on site. We were travelling with another couple that also had a car and they had to park a couple of blocks away.They did offer a discount at the parkade for hotel guests. The mattresses were okay but we felt they needed to be replaced.

Definitivamente 10/10 al principio pense la decoracion es... "diferente" y parece mas como una casa.. pero honestamente el lugar es excelente.. la habitacion muy limpia. servicio de desayuno y atencion de los administradores es de lo mejor y creanme que he viajado muchos paises y ciudades.. no cambien eso... y el lugar donde esta es excelente.. a unos pasos de todo y de alli te puedes mover a cualquier municipio facilmente. regularmente no escribo tanto feedback. pero este HOTEL lo recomiendo al cien.. gracias!

Closeness to restaurants, shops, nighlife, museums, churches & art. Great location. The parking from the hotel, is within walking distance. Had a wonderful time! The breakfast @ the hotel was delicious and the service excellent.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place .. The two guys who helped us were very helpful. I definitely recommend this place to stay is very close to stores and restaurants.

Well located if you want to spend time seeing stores in TLaq. Area. Lots of restaurants and bars walking distance. The staff was helpful and very attentive. We loved the look and style of hotel. It has a bed and breakfast feel to it and we had a really nice time there.
