Also we offered to you a big room with 2 floors. But you didnt liked to Change. The breakfast we offer with bread, te, coffee, cheese, Salami, jogurt, fresh fruits, eggs and cake. If you liked somethink different, why didnt you say it at your stay? We always like our guests to be happy. So if we know about a Special order- we would do all posible. The Problems with WIFI on the Island is really complicaded and we will to all we can to made it better .

Lo siento de que no les gusto a du. primero ya lo ofrecimos en el dia de llegada de que du puede cambiar sin costos. despues, no cobramos dople! ud hizo reserva con su tarjeta como seguro. si ud tiene un papel que dice claro que hay un pago dople. lo pagomos de vuelta! Ud ha pensado de que somos un Hotel de 5 estrellas. en ninguna pagina aparece algo asi. somos cabanas. no ofrecemos aire accondicionada, ni tv, ni servicio de 5 estrellas. Nuestra administratora hizo todo possible para que ud tiene una estadia bonita.

Thanks for your comment. We offer all our tourists mosquito Screens for the bed. This is inside the informacion map in the rooms. They are not fix in every room, because some tourists didnt like it.

thanks for your commend. we did something for mosquitos in and we also arrange something to Keep the room more cold. the comment was helpfull for us. now the room can be use also with open door during the night.
