가성비는 좋으나 청결도와 위치가 조금 아쉬움.
방안에 화장실 샤워실이 있어 저렴하고 편하게 지내기에는 좋습니다. 테르미니역과도 가깝고 보르게제 공원에도 가깝습니다. 하지만 다른 주요관광지와의 거리가 조금 있어서 여름에 도보로 여행하기엔 좀 힘들고 대중교통을 이용하길 권장하며, 숙소 내부 청결도가 좀 떨어집니다. (특히 화장실..) 그래도 친절한 설명과 호스팅에 수건도 2일에 한번씩 갈아주어 편하게 잘다녀왔습니다.

sehr netter Vermieter, hilfsbereit und freundlich, tolle Lage und Verkehrsanbindung für Städte besuch, frühstück als nur Kaffeetrinker völlig ausreichend , Gepäck konnte nach auschecken dort verbleiben bis zur endgültigen Abreise. also ein danke und gerne wieder an Mario

Basic room in an authentically Roman but unassuming setting with everything we needed. Our host Mario was fantastic, organising taxis and even giving (well, possibly lending) us an umbrella on a rainy day. Decent location for the price too: we felt safe and it wasn’t far to walk to and from the main attractions each day, plus local restaurants nearby. The money saved compared to a more conventional hotel meant that we could do tours rather than queuing at the attractions, with plenty of change.

Within walking distance of the sights
Basic clean and functional, no frills just what we wanted with a good price. Quiet location some very nice tavernas close by . one slight gripe a couple of nights some guests used the breakfast/ reception as a sitting room which woke us up. The proprietor Mario was lovely and very helpful with any questions needing answered about buses etc One thing that could be improved was the breakfast which consisted of croissant crispy bread like things with jam and butter and a yoghurt with a coffee machine and fruit juices. It would have been nice to have had some cereal or fruit All in al a very nice stay and if we returned to Rome would definitely book again

Clean, great host, cute space
The place was great! It had an lift, AC and great hosting! Our room was small but cozy and our host Mario was amazing! The room fees included a light breakfast with croissants and tea/juice and fresh towels whenever needed. Mario was so nice and hospitable to us and made us feel so comfortable and happy! Highly recommend !

This is a very basic bed and breakfast that personally is what I wanted because most of the time you are out on the city. Customer service was awesome.Fabio was very helpful and polite. Location awesome and if you didnt feel like walking the bus was around the korner. All main tourist sites were walkable distance and it was a safe area to be on.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel at the start of May. Overall I was extremely satisfied. The rooms are comfy and pleasant to stay in, they seem to stay cool even during the heat of the day, which was a relief. The hotel is well located, it's around 15 minutes walk from most of the main sights in Rome and is only a short bus ride from the Vatican. Mario is an excellent host, providing my friend and I with a map of the city and giving us some helpful advice on getting around and what to visit. Overall I'd say this is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to spend a few days in Rome.

bonne chambre bien située
Bonne chambre confortable, bien située auprès de divers transports aux alentours pour aller centre ville. Pour notre part nous sommes descendus en centre ville en marchant tous les jours . Le petit déjeuner est bon et le propriétaire (super Mario) est une personne admirable. Très gentil, dévoué, chaleureux et à votre écoute, il sait vous donner tous les renseignements qui vous sont nécessaires. Donc un très bon séjour pour nous. Merci MARIO..... Ciao...

Kleines Bed and Breakfast mit herzlichem Mario
Wir hatten anfangs Schwierigkeiten, das Hotel überhaupt zu finden, es befindet sich in einem Wohngebäude, ausgeschildert war leider nichts. Es befindet sich direkt neben der Trattoria Cadorna, daran kann man sich orientieren :) Unser Zimmer hatte die Größe von einem normalen Hoteldoppelzimmer (ohne Balkon), leider ist alles ziemlich hellhörig. Die Sanitärenanlagen sind für eine Woche ok (die sind in Rom anscheinend generell nicht der Hit) Wenn man nur Stadtbesichtigungen plant und keine Zeit auf dem Zimmer verbringen möchte (Außer schlafen) ist es sehr zu empfehlen: Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie der Bahnhof liegen direkt in der Nähe, die Gegend ist sehr angenehm!!! Das Frühstück war süß, aber absolut in Ordnung! Der Besitzer Mario ist auch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben. In der Nähe befindet sich auch noch eine absolut empfehlenswerte Hostaria, hier sollte man unbedingt mal ein Abendessen genießen, um den Urlaub zu genießen oder sich von der anstrengenden Stadttour zu erholen! Das Essen ist dort hervorragend und der Service ausgezeichnet!

Um lugar confortável e um anfitrião excelente!
Fantástico! Mário nos recebeu com muita educação e carinho. A entrada do prédio é antiga, mas os quartos e a recepção no andar são perfeitos para quem precisa de um lugar confortável para descansar, na medida. O café é suficiente, pão, fruta e iogurte, e com uma máquina de café expresso a vontade. Guardamos uma excelente experiência neste hotel residência.

Hübsches Zimmer im Centrum
Mario kontaktierte uns schon vor unserer Ankunft in Rom und schickte uns eine detaillierte Wegbeschreibung, was sehr hilfreich war, die Unterkunft zu finden.Der Unterkunft ist 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof Termini entfernt, also im Zentrum.Mario ist ein toller Gastgeber, und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns gleich mit einem Stadtplan versorgt, wo er auch die tram- und Buslinien eingezeichnet hatte und uns nochmal alles erklärt, wo wir was finden...Hübsches Zimmer mit super bequemen Betten...Im Bad war auch alles vorhanden gewesen, was man für eine Städtereise benötigt..Morgens hat er uns mit leckerem Kaffee und Cornetto versorgt.In der Nähe der Unterkunft, zahlreiche Restaurants, Pizzerien und kleine Lädchen ....Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt....

Ho soggiornato insieme a mia moglie e mia figlia solo una notte nella Residenza Horti Sallustiani. Dopo aver comunicato per tempo l'orario del nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande simpatia e calore umano dal Signor Mario che subito ha offerto succo di frutta e caffè e ci fornito delle indicazioni utili sia sui mezzi pubblici che sul percorso a piedi (da lui consigliato). Il punto di forza è la centralità della Residenza perché si trova a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini e dalle Scuderie del Quirinale e, in genere, in circa mezz'ora di piacevole passeggiata si raggiungono molti luoghi simbolo di Roma. L'Hotel era pulito e silenzioso.

A cosy and comfortable B&B in a nice location
The Residenza Horti Sallustiani was a lovely place to stay. In a nice area of Rome with lots of restaurants nearby. This property is a B&B located on the 4th floor with a comfortable bed and an in-room toilet/shower. The room and breakfast area was very clean and tidy. Mario was a great host, easy to get on with and spoke reasonable English. He was very helpful and provided advice on the sights to see. The property is only a short 10-15 min walk from Rome station and bus area. It was also easy to walk to most tourist attractions from the property. I consider this property to be very good value for money and would recommend the Residenza Horti Sallustiani to anyone what a good room and location in Rome. There is also a great Gelato shop just around the corner.

Great hotel in a great location
Mario is a wonderful host, he gave us directions in advance on how to walk to the hotel from the station and was there to greet us on arrival. Although the room was a little tired looking, it was comfortable enough for our 3 night stay and is in a really good location to all the interesting places in Rome. We found a delicious gelato place just round the corner as well as a very reasonably price italian restaurant within a few minutes walk. Overall, we really enjoyed Mario's company in the mornings for breakfast, and a great first time stay in Rome. We would definitely come again.

Great little hotel
We had an amazing stay in Rome. The hotel is small and friendly - Mario (the owner) is very helpful and provides a good cup of coffee! Great situation - easy to get to all the major tourist attractions - in a safe and clean area. Would definately visit again.

Dishonest owner! DONT GO!
Cannot really say how the hotel is inside because although I paid I could not get in. There was none to answer the door. When I booked I informed Mario that my flight arrived at 8:35 pm. My flight was delayed for an hour and the luggage took another hour. By the time I arrived at the hotel - 00:29 h - the was none there. None one answering the phone. Nothing. I paid and I could not get in. And to make it worse they refused to give me my money back and said they waited for me from 8 am until 1 am. Well, if I informed my flight arrived late why 8am? 1 am is also a lie since none answer the phone or the door. So please don't go to this place with such dishonest owner. Maybe you also end up in the street even having paid.

Es war sehr sehr schön, aber ich würde nicht empfehlen zu lange zu bleiben. Wir waren 5 Nächte da und das war leider zu lange. 3 hätten völlig gereicht. Der Besitzer des Hotels, der es glaub ich auch alleine betreibt, ist super herzlich und liebenswürdig. Er kümmert sich so gut es geht um seine Gäste. Er bemüht sich wirklich :) Zum Frühstück: echt italienisches Frühstück. Anfangs fanden wir das ganz ganz toll, aber dieses süße jeden Morgen waren wir als deutsche nicht gewohnt und ab dem 3. Tag ging es uns damit nicht mehr so gut. Er bietet süße Croissants, Joghurt, sowas wie Zwieback und Kaffee. Cornflakes hätte es auch gegeben, jedoch war ich mir nicht sicher ob das nicht nur Deko war. Zum Zimmer: im Grunde sauber und schön gestaltet. Das Bad war zwar klein, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. Jedoch war die Dusche mit Kalkflecken, glaub ich, und brauchte etwas um warm zu werden. Die Toilette hatte leider nicht genug Spülwasser um auch nur Toilettenpapier runterzuspülen. Dieses war sehr sehr dünn. ( man muss dazu sagen in Rom herrscht Wasserknappheit- vielleicht war das der Grund). Leider ist es hellhörig. Das Zimmer hat jedoch eine Klimaanlage, was uns wirklich gerettet hat, da es teilweise 41 Grad waren. So insgesamt war es jedoch sehr sehr schön. Es sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten, die ich zu bemängeln habe. Ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Vor allem weil die Lage des Hotels super ist, man muss nur 10 Minuten zum Termini laufen oder man nimmt den Bus vor d. Tür

Lovely one night stay
I stayed there for one night with a friend, we had an excellent service and welcome by the owner. Will definitely come back. The only thing is that on hotels.com is it mentioned that there is a free parking nearby but there are not. It was hard to find a parking on the street so we ended up parking in a private garage . Except for that everything else went well.

Very nice stay
It was great stay in clean room. The owner was very polite and helpful with information you need as tourist. Only the wifi was a bit slow.

sehr angenehme Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft hatte für uns die ideale Lage für die geplanten Unternehmungen im an der Spanischen Treppe und am Park Borghese, da wir dort einen Geburtstag feierten. Und auch ansonsten war die Lage des Hotels optimal, auch um andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus zu erreichen . Der Hotelier informierte uns ausführlich über die Verkehrsanbindungen und war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht . In der Nähe des Hotels gab es einiges an Gastronomie, trotzdem war es ein ruhiges Viertel . Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder wählen, wenn wir wieder nach Rom kämen, da wir mit allem , Grösse des Zimmers , Betreuung durch den Hotelier und Lage mehr als zufrieden waren.

International traveller
Our host was very helpful and friendly, greeted us on our arrival The location was perfect for Rome's attractions. The room was very comfortable. The only negative was no coffee/tea making facilities.

Super Lage, super Gastgeber
Vielen Dank an Mario. Mit seiner Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause. Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig und sicher. Zu Fuß kommt man in 10 - 15 min zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum.

As described accommodation.
Had a short break stay, and needed reasonably priced accommodation. Fabio was a great host with tips for our stay, and made calls to arrange taxi for airport return. Well situated for all of our needs, easy / cheap bus link used to visit Vatican city. Walked to other sites visited. Great stay - Thanks !

Nice bed & breakfast
Nice bed & breakfast in safe location. Very very nice and helpful host, providing every informationen we needed and more. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people for 1 week. If you're sensitive to noises in the night, you should bring earplugs to avoid hearing other guests coming home later in the hallway. We felt very safe in this neighbourhood and were very happy about the friendliness of the host. The breakfast was simple but good. There's a small supermarket right around the corner near the bus stations and good restaurants in the same street as the apartment. We totally enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to others.

Agli Horti Sallustiani - zentrales bed&breakfast
Das Agli Horti Sallustiani bietet schöne, zentral gelegene Zimmer im Herzen von Rom. Vom Bahnhof ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Unterkunft. Mario kümmert sich vorbildlich um seine Gäste. Bei der Ankunft hat er uns auf einem Stadtplan erklärt, wie wir Rom am Besten erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdidkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ansonsten kann man auch den Bus benutzen. Es gibt ein continentales Frühstück mit leckerem Kaffee, der uns auch nachmittags immer zur Verfügung stand. Jeden Tag wurden frische Handtücher angeboten. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Restaurants, eine Bäckerei und eine hervorragende Eisdiele. ❤️ lichen Dank an Mario! Wir hatten einen tollen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Rom!

Good value B&B close to railway station & sights
For anyone on a budget this is an excellent choice. Well situated, it's around 10 minutes walk from Termini railway station and not much further from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. As so many people have stated previously, host Mario makes this place...he couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, without being too much if that makes sense! He is a magnificent host & nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation itself is on the fourth floor, with a small lift. It is basic, no frills, but clean and tidy with comfortable beds! I'd thoroughly recommend it. The area is great...very quiet, but with numerous restaurants to choose from.

Geweldig hotel dicht bij alle monumenten.
Geweldig hotel op de 4e verdieping van een oud pand met lift. Zeer ruime brandschone kamers. Service verleend door Mario is uitmuntend! Klant- en servicegerichtheide zeer goed. Een absolute aanrader!

Gezellige Bed & Breakfast aan de rand centrum
Je voelt je erg welkom door de leuke attente B&B eigenaar. Hij verzorgt een Italiaans ontbijt, elke dag hetzelfde; zoete croissant, beschuitjes met jam, cake en vruchtenyoghurt, en geeft goede tips. De kamer is ruim, de omgeving was rustig op 1 avond na. Sanitair is redelijk goed en schoon. Vanuit B&B is het station Termini in ruim 10 minuten te lopen, het centrum Piaza Venezia in een klein half uur. Ook gaan er bussen vanuit de naast gelegen Via 20 Settembre. De bus terug vinden is iets ingewikkelder, maar uiteindelijk gelukt. Kortom, een prima basis voor een korter of langer verblijf in Rome.

Hyggeligt billigt hotel med god service. Beliggenheden er lidt langt fra centrum, men der går en bus i nærheden.

hôtel très accueillant et très pratique
Accueil chaleureux et attentif. Marion parle très bien français et est toujours prêt à vous conseiller ou vous aider. Le quartier est très sûr et bien situé . Des bus à proximité qui vous emmène directement au Vatican, tout le reste peut être fait à pieds même avec un enfant de 11 ans! La chambre est assez spacieuse et très propre. Une bonne adresse à recommander

Mario maakt het je graag naar de zin. De ontvangst was prima. Wij zijn er 9 nachten geweest. Locatie is top. Het is geen uitgebreid ontbijt, maar prima om de dag mee te starten en met lekkere verse koffie.
