Hi! Thanks for your suggestions! We take it for granted that we will use them to improve our services. Shampoo is not included among our amenities, however if you require it we give it as a courtesy. The soap we use is one specialized in body and hands of very good quality. We regret the details regarding Towels, and toilet paper, as these are indeed included in our services. Indeed, coffee can be found at reception at certain times in the morning, and if you can't find it, just request the service and it will be happy to assemble. With regard to hot water, it is possible to find options to help you, but in general our apartments have a coffee maker and a full kitchen, so we invite you to try these spaces for greater comfort. The blanks of beds are changed at least one day before your reservation at the Hotel. Brought from the Laundry with very little time in advance, so as not to keep them for too long, and that they look as fresh as possible. Unfortunately, the humidity in the area does not allow us too much, and those stains are due to it; so we will work harder to solve these aspects; however, I can assure that they are changed with each reservation and it is not in common use as mentioned. The pool, during the use that you mention, has been in constant treatment due to the non-stop rains and storms | hurricanes these days, fortunately once this bad weather has passed, you can notice the light blue color in the pool without any trouble :). Again, we deeply appreciate your comments and will be taken into account in their entirety to improve our services, so you can give us another opportunity to improve your experience. Akalan Team
