We enjoyed the property, but there were people screaming in the hallway, knocking on doors and running away from midnight to 5am and we called the front desk, and it seemed like the noise didn’t die down at all. We are super disappointed as we were looking for a restful weekend.

Jacuzzi was great and the pool is super warm too!! Breakfast is good and will stocked. Staff was great. I’ll be making that my Tahoe go to.

This was a great place to stay. So close to heavenly and other sites. Great staff. Excellent breakfast every morning. Indoor pool, heated enough to take my five month old baby in it everyday! Not too crowded. Hot tub is outdoors and surreal when the snow is falling.

The hotel was nice because it’s pretty much new! The staff were helpful besides one day when I got a sign on my door saying they wouldn’t clean my room because I had a privacy sign hung which was not hung up. So I requested service to my room was told it would get done. After my day outing and getting back the room had not been tended to so I had to contact the front desk for a request to have the room cleaned. They cleaned it after that However idk why the maids said I had a privacy sign up and skipped my cleaning. That was my only complaint while I stayed here for a week. The breakfast was wonderful everyday plenty of choices. The room was super comfortable and the bathroom was so big! The hottub was awesome!!!! And the outdoor heating and fire was nice to relax by! I’d definitely stay here again. It was a quick drive to the gondola and a short walk as well!

Hotel is well located and very modern with spacious well appointed rooms. Breakfast and beverages good Staff excellent and friendly. Used the pool and hot tub. A local bus stops outside to take you to the centre near the gondola for Heavenly. Only downside is the lack of any gluten free breads or cereals or muffins for breakfast.

Incredibly clean and well maintained property with a wonderful staff and amenities. The bed was less than comfortable and the walls are a bit thin if there’s a room above you. Overall an excellent property and would absolutely stay here again.

Overall great stay
The ratings lined up and we had a great stay. Bed was comfortable and room was big and clean.A but a little pricey for a Hampton Inn. I guess they can get that in Tahoe with an additional $15 per day to park. If you like privacy fans in bathrooms it doesn’t have one. Coffee pot in room is cheap pods so bring you own coffee maker unless you like hotel coffee which you can get 24x7. It’s the little things that make a place great but you won’t be disappointed with the main things you are looking for.

I love the amenities. I very much dislike the sliding barn door for the bathroom. It kept sliding open. Love the late pool and gym hours. The front staff could be a little warmer but otherwise great location and great facility. Def recommend for families and pet friendly too! Will be returning!!

The location is great, right in the center of south lake tahoe's "business district". Plenty of free self-parking on property. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room is quiet and clean, and the decor is good. The breakfast is surprisingly good, with plenty of choices. Kids love the waffle machines (2). Large and bright seating area. Three types of free coffee in the lobby all day long. Overall it is a great choice for visitors.

Location was excellent. Rooms had a good decor. The bathroom sliding door had no lock (minor issue). Breakfast was good (limited vegetarian options though). Lobby area was good to hang out with coffee/hot chocolate/tea options. If they had more games in the lobby area, that would have been awesome. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, very good value for money.
