L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de tous les moyens de transport et il était suffisant pour notre séjour. Par contre, en arrivant à l'hôtel le sol de la chambre n'était pas nettoyé!! et pendant notre séjour (6 jours) la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée!!

I left the hotel on 5:47 because I saw bed bugs also it doesn’t work shower and dirty bed bugs ate hand my wife still she have pain for her hand so I have got pictures and videos I will send you. Please can you refund my money. Thanks Abdirahman

Un réel conseil, fuyez. Les murs transpirent tellement il y a d'humidité, je ne vous parle même pas de la douche. La chambre est minuscule, le lit n'est pas propre et le ménage n'est jamais fait. Même à Fleury on est mieux logé

Checked in around midnight staff was friendly. There was mold all over the room. Shower filled with water to ankles within minutes. Only provided hand towels. Would have moved hotels if had a chance.

Not a hotel
It should not be called a hotel. It's just a room of less than 10 sq m with a bed and bathroom. No chair, no cleaning service, no air-con, no restaurant, no breakfast, no WiFi .Telephone not connected, fan broken. It's absolutely not worth £182 per night (excluding tax). We hardly stayed for 2 nights despite 3 nights were paid. The worst hotel experience ever had in lifetime.

Photos from the website are NOT what they are in reality, very deceptive. We booked a double bed room( sleeps 2 ) we were extremely cramped, the mattress was 2 inches thick and very uncomfortable, the blanked given was barely enough to cover 1 person let alone 2 ( we are not big people) the bathroom has NO standing room NONE had to open the door to use the sink, faucet had never been cleaned or polished, it was severely tarnished, broken towel racks, shower was half the size of a phone booth Broken shower head and it pooled up with water so fast it almost overflowed with a 2 minute shower. Walls are paper thin we could hear everything and everyone inside and outside, street noise was very bad all night, we could even hear the receptionist talking, never saw a breakfast area that shows in the photos ,the entrance/ lobby does not look like the pictures shown, no air conditioning which made the room very stuffy. The walls in the room are extremely dirty along with the elevator it was disgusting, looked like it had never been whipped down. The ONLY reason we stayed was because we flown in from the states and had been awake for over 30 hours by the time we were able to get into the room, we were exhausted so we tolerated it for 1 night. NEVER AGAIN. Complete let down for our first stay in London. We ended up getting another room elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. We travel internationally often and this is by far the worst room we have ever had.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve travelled far and wide. Electric sockets hanging off the wall. Window lodged open with piece of wood. Room in a disgusting state. I threw the “key” back on the reception and told them to stick it and went somewhere else. Absolutely awful

I thought it was very similar to the pictures shown on their page. When we went there, the room was not cleaned at all, very unhygienic. The surface was filled with dirt, the drawers were not cleaned, hair from the previous occupier were still there. The shower room drainage was not in good working condition, the tv was for only for display. I will not be recommending this place to people. I really did not enjoy my stay there, the value for money was not compensated. The place was rubbish. The room was not cleaned, remains from the previous occupier were still there, if we still have time, we rather transfer to other hotels than stay there.

If needs must!
I was in a room on the top floor, it was hot weather + the room was soooooo hot. The window opened no more than 2 inches. I requested a fan @ reception + I was given one, but advised it would work better if I removed the cage! It worked but I'm sure Health + Safety would have had a nightmare! Bedding + towels changed unnecessarily!

UNBEDINGT MEIDEN !!!!
Ich weiss gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Nach der schon anstrengenden Anreise wurde ich im "Hotel" sofort in den Keller geschickt. Mein Zimmer sei dort. Bei Ankunft im Zimmer, ist aufgefallen, dass es zwar ein Fenster gibt, dieses aber, wie bei einem Keller zu erwarten, keine Sicht bietet. Man start nur auf einen Wasserschacht?! Ebenfalls war es im Zimmer sehr stickig, dies lag nicht zuletzt daran, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Als ich das dann an der Rezeption reklamiert habe, wurde ich in ein anderes Zimmer im ersten Stock geschickt. Es sei aber wesentlich kleiner, wurde mir gesagt. Dort angekommen war die Größe (unser Gäste WC ist größer als dieses Zimmer) nicht das einzige Problem. Ein Blick an die sowieso schon tiefe Decke versetzte mich in Schock. Ein Riesiger Schimmelpilz der nicht einmal versucht wurde zu überdecken. Ich habe mir dann jegliche weitere Schritte in dieses Zimmer gespart. Wieder unten angekommen wurde mir dann unmissverständlich klargemacht das es keine andere Option gäbe. Entweder Schimmel oder Keller. Keines der beiden Optionen haben auch nur im Ansatz der gebuchten Option nahe gestanden. Nachdem ich mich dann dem geringeren Übel gefügt und den Keller bezogen habe, sind mir so einige Mängel aufgefallen. Klimaanlage vorhanden, aber defekt Moderer Geruch (keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit vorhanden) Betreten des Zimmers trotz klarer Ansage das dies bitte nicht getan werden soll Defekte Duscharmaturen Schimmelflecken an der Decke und an den Wänden

Horrific stay
I have NO WORDS….except I have just had to leave at 1.48am as the person in the room next to me for the second night running has been up to all sorts and the noisy is unbearable. Didn’t feel safe and my room….were do I start, holes in wall were wires showing, lots of dust and the ceiling had wet stains all over it. This is NO WAY a 3*

Just Terrible
Shower was dirty and didn’t work. Only boiling hot water would come out as the thermostat was broken. Bed was uncomfortable - really lumpy and needed a new mattress! Overall terrible hotel.

Ærgerligt at de ikke tilbyder morgenmad, da der er et billede af et rum med morgenmad på Hotel.com. Deres Wifi virkede ikke på nogle af vores telefoner. Ikke noget gardin i værelset, så blev vækket meget tidligt af morgensolen. Manglede en brandplan/nødudgangsplan på værelserne. Dejligt med elkedel, te og kaffe på værelset. God beliggenhed lige ved Hyde Park og tæt på undergrundsbanen.

This was absolutely awful and I want a full refund. There was no hot water in my room, ants everywhere, dirty carpets and bed sheets, dust and extremely poor decor.

The location of the hotel is great, close to Hyde Park and the underground. However, the room was very dirty, the bedsheets were so dirty that I slept with my clothes on, and didn’t want to take a shower in that bathroom because it was really grouse. The guy in the neighbour room was constantly smoking pot, and the smell went all the way into my room. There was no breakfast cafe at the hotel, and the room was not ready by check-in time. For the price, much better options are available in the same area.

For me this listing is effectively false advertising and Expedia should remove this from their offering. the hotel is nothing like in the photo's, rooms and halways are disgusting and the overall state of the hotel is terrible. Obviously they are just trying to maximize profits. Happy to share photos of the terrible state.....

Hotelletrs läge är perfekt nära till 2 tunnelbanor och till mera lokala restauranger och pubar. Är en fin byggnad om än att kalla den 3 stjärnigt är överskattat Klar 2 stjärning. Frukosten fin med engelsk valmöjlighet. Serviceminded personal. Sista dagen var dock ingen städning av rummet, full papperskorg hela dagen och dagen efter då vi packade ihop. Rummet 10 kvadrat med 2 sängar och en toalett med duschkabin. Mycket svårt med 2 resväskor. Fick hoppa över dem dagligen för att komma till sängen som står 20 cm från varandra, går inte att mötas däremellan. Toalettrummet helt ok. Fick tigga åt oss en fläkt för värmen ligger som lägst 25 gr i rummet. Mycket svårt att sova
