Couldn't use pool, it felt like it was unheated, plus the hot tub was boarded over, out of order. These were important reasons why I picked this hotel, so disappointing.

Stayed here on our way home it was a good location for us it was clean, affordable friendly, restaurants close by and close to the interstate. It was quite plenty of parking. Would stay there again.

Chose this for the indoor pool, but the water was way too cold to be usable. Everything else was average, but had to hit the desk up for towels and bedding (we had a suite with 4 people, only 2 towels and no spare bedding in the room). Would have saved the money and stayed elsewhere if we knew the pool was unusable - kids were so disappointed.

The guy in the front desk was very friendly and whiling to help. The only thing I wasn't aware was of the deposit. I was there on 08/06 and today is 08/09 and I still don't have my deposit back. Beside that the room was very clean.

Wouldn’t let me and my two year old son check in after I paid for the room because they didn’t tell me they would charge a deposit. I paid $140 dollars for a room and they had my carry info why the heck would there still be a deposit!

Was sad that it was advertised as having a hot tub. The hot tub was covered and looked like it had been for awhile.

Disappointing Stay
I booked and paid for this room through a third party. Upon checking in the hotel added an additional $100 charge to my credit card. When I asked the desk person about it he said he must have “forgotten to tell me about it.” He said it was for “incidentals.” Apparently they assume I am going to steal because I saw no incidentals for sale. The hot water in the bathroom sink ran a stream about pencil size. Apparently they don’t want guests to use hot water. The floor of the shower and the toilet bowl were both dirty. The gravy at breakfast had been thinned down with milk. It was the consistency of runny soup. The sausage links were badly over cooked. When we checked out the girl told me that if the $100 charge didn’t drop off my card to be sure to call them. I just checked and after two days it is still there. The only positive comments I have are the coffee was good and the bed was comfortable. We will not stay here again.

Pleasant stay
This is an older hotel but just fine. It was clean and comfortable. The hot tub worked marginally so definitely needs some maintenance. The bathroom was clean but needs an upgrade in the shower/tub area.

Great location -near interstate exit and still quiet! Nice large room. Great breakfast. Great restaurant a short distance away (Toot Toot). Pet friendly with a reasonable extra fee.

This hotel made us pay a $100.00 deposit on the room. The guy, Christopher, said we had to pay this since we booked through a 3rd party agency. We were told that we could put this on our credit or debit card but it would not be refunded for 2-3 days. And only refunded if we asked for it at check out. If we gave them a $100.00 bill, we could get our $100.00 bill back in the morning, if we asked. We asked for a receipt of the $100.00 in cash we just gave to tho guy. He said, “no”, with a smirk. He was quite smug while basically bullying us into this so called deposit. He took our cash and put a sticky note on it with our room number. In the morning we went to the service desk and asked for our cash back, which the lady politely gave back. She opened a drawer, looked through some stuff, and pulled out our $100.00 bill with the post it note of our room number. My problem with this so called deposit is that it is not really a security deposit because when you leave in the morning, they don’t know if you tore the heck out of the room or not! This is cash money they hope you forget to ask for back. Which is exactly what happened to some friends of ours who also stayed there the same night we did. In a rush to leave that morning, they forgot to ask for their “deposit” in cash back. I guarantee you, that’s what they bank on. And for the people that put this so called deposit on a card, you don’t get it refunded unless you ask, it is not automatically refunded. What a scam!

The only disappointment was the lack of a hot tub. I chose this hotel because the website said they had one. When we arrived I found it was no longer in service. I could have saved $30 and stayed at a comparable hotel that did not advertise a hot tub. Please remove this false claim from your website.
