평이 좋아서 이틀간 묵었는데 1.위치가 구도심과 신시가지에 전부 멀었고 2. 위생상태 최악이었으며 3.늦게 체크인해서 룸서비스 피자와 파스타 시켰는데 한입먹고 뱉었습니다.4.조식은 더 별로 였어요.

Viajamos en familia y la habitación familiar estupenda y las vistas geniales. El personal muy amable. La posibilidad de piscina cubierta y el guimnasio una maravilla. El desayuno estupendo. Lo hemos disfrutado mucho. Solo necesitaría una mejor insonorización aunque se descansa bien y mejor comunicación entre recepción y restauración a la hora de informar de las opciones para comer. Mejor el bar que el buffet de cena y nos enteramos tarde de todas las opciones que había.

Poor bedding and matresses, stained towels, broken shower…..dinner a la carte was overcooked and clearly was cooked a couple of days before, potatoes were dark in the edges…bar and restaurant staff were excellent but reception staff was rude and ignores people

Ihan hyvä hotelli rannan tuntumassa ja kävelymatkan päässä monista paikoista. Lisäksi läheltä pääsi muilla kulkuyhteyksillä keskustaan. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelutahtoisia. Aamupala oli riittävän monipuolinen. Ainoa mainitsemisen arvoinen asia oli se, että oli päätyhuone jonne lähijunan ja viressä olevan sillan liikenteen melu kuului todella selkeästi.

Enjoyable stay at Vila Gale Opera Hotel
Vila Gale Opera Hotel if you have any Summit at Lisbon Congress Centre, convenient 4 min walk, close to downtown or take tram to downtown, excellent for day/evening walk/run along Tagus River. Delicious buffet breakfast/dinner, I highly recommend this hotel! I will stay there if I am ever back to Lisbon!

The staff were friendly, our room was not ready when we arrived two hours after check in time but was resolved in about 30 minutes. Paid underground parking is confusing as to how to pay when leaving. The beds were extremely hard and limited pillows. It was fine for one night as we wanted to be in the area and it was affordable but wouldn’t stay multiple nights.

Wonderful stay at Lisbon
This is a really very good stay at Lisbon. The location is very convenient to visit Belem district with nearby tram connections. Several food options in the walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was very clean, the employees were very courteous. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience!

I have no idea how this is 4 stars. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed as other peoples hair were still in the bed. Staff appear unable to organise taxi's so be ready with uber app. It is like a 1970's throw back in decor and not in a good way. No iron, no tea or coffee facilities. Very expensive and would avoid

Perfect for the Belem region
Nice hotel. Little noisy due to the closeby bridge (especially the train). Good to explore the region of Belem, less suited for the historical region (little public transportation options close by, good for your daily steps). There are some cool restaurants nearby. The breakfast is elaborate with healthy and less healthy options and the staff is friendly. There is always free water (plain or pimped) available at the lobby which is a nice plus. If you have a choice ask for a room on the top floor where you can enjoy a nice view over the river.

Bring a swimming cap or be forced to buy one to use the indoor pool. The outdoor pool is tiny (read: kiddie pool) and is freezing.
