Relaxing visit
This was the perfect opportunity for us to hang out while not being stuck on campus. Everybody was able to relax and Visit in such a peaceful setting. The ride to campus wasn’t very long Which made it a nice alternative to being in a hotel.

Condo was clean and very accommodating ! The view was incredible ! Host where very nice and made you feel right at home ! I would recommend staying here when staying at the lake . Had a awesome time will definitely stay there again !

Staff was wonderful, especially Ken and Kim. Coming there for years, at least 13yrs. Was clean but the couches in livingroom were very worn out and as a senior with arthritis in low back made it hard to sit in livingroom. Brought in a kitchen chair but that gets uncomfortable after time. This was cabin 11 from 29Aug-02Sep. Overall a nice place

This is hands down one of the best places to stay in Kentucky! Prices are reasonable, facilities are readily available for all your needs. Definitely going to be returning!!

Great place to stay. Out of the way, but not hard to find. Not fancy, but comfortable and we had everything we needed. There's a lot to do and and see even if you're not boating or fishing. Lovely place. We can't wait to go again!

Great Family Retreat
This was our second stay here. The first time was only my wife and I for our anniversary. We enjoyed it so much that we brought our children along. The location is quiet and secluded and the staff are all friendly, courteous, and helpful. The water on the cove is very calm with no wake issues. It's also shallow so it's easy for wading and beginning kayakers don't have to worry. The cabins have full kitchens and a nice complement of dishes, utensils, and cookware. The beds are comfortable. i prefer a little firmer but I'm a heavy guy so slimmer people should be very happy. Nevertheless, I slept well for three nights and didn't wake up with any pains. The grounds have plenty of chairs and patio furniture located throughout as well as firepits and firewood. We will definitely go back again.

weekend getaway to Kentucky Lake 3/19 to 3/21
Kate was awesome. She upgraded our unit. Yes, we were here during the Covid19 period and most things were closed. We enjoyed hikes in LBL and Kentucky Dam. Our unit was cozy and clean. Everything we needed. Hope to bring kids and grandkids when season is warmer.

Great place, we unknowingly booked the smallest cabin on premise. It was clean slightly outdated, but nice. The staff, especially Ken goes above and beyond to make your stay great. The views of the lake/river are spectacular. Read your confirmation email, bring towel! We didn’t but they accomadated us! Great place we will be back! The pics were taken from another cabins deck.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Resort. Our cottage was right on the lake so we were able to sit on the deck and look out at the water. The cottage was in great condition. Peggy was wonderful!! The maintenance department was very friendly and helpful as well.

We made a last minute reservation for the 4th of July weekend and the owners/managers went out of their way to find us a boat for 2 days and provide us a place to stay. Overall the property was in good shape but the trailer we stayed in had seen better days BUT the kids had a great time canoeing, fishing, boating and watching the fireworks. The property is definitely not a 5 star resort and the trailer and boats left a lot to be desired. But the friendliness of the staff and the lengths they went to satisfy our needs was great. I would go back again and just stay in a different unit. Not crowded, lake was great and charges were very reasonable for a holiday weekend.

Best Coffee Deck Ever
We stayed in Cabin 3. The view could not be better. We saw bald eagles, deer, turkey and many other animals. There isn’t a better place to set and drink coffee.

Pay with cash and don’t use WiFi
The stay was what we expected; a quiet, no frills weekend away from our busy life. However, when we returned home, we found that at exactly the same time we checked in to this very secluded cabin park, 1700 was stolen from our bank account. Further, the card we used to secure the cabin and pay for our stay is a card that is so rarely used, tracking it was simple. I am dissapinted that this is how we will remember our stay.

I'm terribly sorry to hear what happened to you. If I knew your name or when you stayed with us I would try to see if there is some research we can do on our end. I can assure you we have very secure credit card processing. Between our credit card processor, and Expedia it seems like there would be someone who could help. I feel like this is an unfair review because this is the 1st time I've heard about the problem and I have no info or recourse to verify your claim.

Amazing stay as always. The condo is so beautiful and is right on the water, We had our granddaughter with us this time and she loved it. Her parents did not want to leave. Jim is always pleasant and has everything ready when we arrive. We will return and highly recommend this resort.

Condo was very nice, matched the pictures on-line. Some of the furnishings are showing some wear and tear. Only down side -cottages/condos in close proximity - if I were staying any longer than a week-end could be an issue. Overall, very satisfied.

Wonderful getaway
We came here for the weekend to relax and fish. It is about 30 minutes away the cute little town of Murray where we found several great little fishing spots. It is also less than 30 minutes from land between the lakes. The resort was quiet, staff was welcoming and kind; helped us with anything we needed. Great quiet place to have some peace and quiet!

Perfect Staycation spot
Excellent service and great facilities. Kayaks and a boat for free use. Cute playground for families and free firewood for the fire pit. The cabin was perfectly appointed and we lacked for nothing during our stay. I would definitely recommend a get away or a staycation at Paradise

Pretty good
We were looking for a place close to Kentucky Lake so we could boat and fish. This place seemed to check all the blocks...space for 5, boat ramp, courtesy/overnight docks, beach, pool. Bottom line, it was nice, but didn't get a 5 for a few reasons...boat ramp very, very hard to use due to low lake level, roads with resort are very narrow which made maneuvering a boat trailer very difficult, beds in rooms had seen better days. Having said that, we would definitely go again.

Very nice condo waterfront views from our deck.
The kids and I had a great time! They have lots for children to do activities. They also have a pool as well as a lake beach. They have a nice playground for kids lots of things to do. We wished we could stayed longer. We will return back sometime and stay longer. It was fun and beuatiful scenery! Love Kentucky lake!

Nice deluded location. The condos were very spacious and they have watercraft rentals on site. There is no phone service unless you have verizon but the free wifi work .

Next to beautiful Kentucky Lake
I was only there for 2 nights and was off-sight visiting a relative,sightseeing all day,and by myself.First of all,the resort has a little in-the-middle-of-nowhere feel for a city boy like me but I've experienced this before so I didn't mind.It's about a 20 minute drive from the main drag in Murray thru winding unlit roads,but the roads are paved nicely with fresh yellow lines and "glowing" road signs from your bright lights,so it's an easy drive.Quite a few homes along the way too so it's not THAT far out of the way.Just keep an eye out for the night critters.I rang the outside bell(as instructed by the sign)at check-in because nobody was in the office and Steve was there in less than a minute.Very nice man who also maintains the property.I stayed in Cottage 7.Nice looking small house.Has a large deck and charcoal grille.The cottages are not too close together but there are quite a few others so you don't feel alone there.My cottage had enough room for a small family so was plenty of space for me.Others I'm sure have enough room for larger groups.It's very well kept and,keeping in mind it's a rustic setting,it felt very clean to me.Also,the only insect I encountered inside was a mosquito that I'm sure I let in because the little sucker wasn't there the first night.The bed was comfortable as well, which for me only being there from around 9pm to 8am both nights, was very important. The free Wifi signal was excellent and great water pressure too! Thanks to Steve and everyone!

We love it here! Great place to stay when taking our daughter to school. The only con is that it is quite a ways out of town on a very curvy road.

Our cabin was old, but redone. It was just too small. Only one comfortable chair to sit in. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The maids kept everything very clean. Flies were a big problem in the cabin.
