I have been staying at hotels for over 20 years and this was by far 1 of the worst hotels I actually STAYED in. Most hotels like this, I leave. We stayed from Sept 30- Oct 2nd and I still have a crook in my back from sleeping on those bricks of mattresses. The mattresses are so hard it’s almost as if they put a 1 inch memory foam mattress protector over a box spring to call it a mattress. The chair in the room had no cushion in the seats whats so ever. The only thing in my room that had cushion was the desk chair and ottoman. The hotel didn’t have any air fresheners in the hallway so I could smell the “service dogs” on my floor as soon as I came off the elevator. Upon walking into our room, the bathroom smelled like mold and feces. There is no exhaust in the bathroom. It smelled like someone took a poop and had just left. We clean the bathroom ourselves and sprayed air freshener and disinfectant. After a day, we realized it was something from the drains because the smell came back and we hadn’t defecated in there yet. The pillows on the bed was 3 different sizes and there was no pen and paper if needed to write anything down. Apparently they took that away for Covid, it is 2023 please put it back. Lastly, they have the audacity to charge people for breakfast. I would expect this from an up and coming hotel, branch. The HILTON? I had higher expectations, I have never stayed at a Hilton except embassy suites. The experiences were not the same. Either way, never again!
