Worst experience ever -10 out of 10 review!!!!
It was a horrible experience, the room wasn’t as clean as the pictures show, plus the strong smell of nicotine made me nauseous since I can’t tolerate the smell, there were red spots on the restroom walls that looked like blood and to top it of my boyfriend and I were in bed watching tv when I saw a tick crawling on the bed like nothing, my boyfriend killed it but we left it on the bed but I took plenty of pictures and videos to prove it, we immediately left room 310 a little after 1 am and when to complain but it was useless I asked for a number where I could complain and the guy couldn’t find corporate number, we left very upset and disappointed and will NEVER go back there and don’t recommend anyone to go either, it was the worst experience in my life!! -10 out of 10
That’s the picture of the tick that was crawling on the hotel bed in room 310, wish I could upload videos but it doesn’t allow me!
The blood like stains on the restroom walls!!

Not the best service or location
The hotel is in a very noisy intersection, and although housekeeping was working to clean the exterior of the hotel, the walkways were very dirty, and the area smelled very unpleasant. Our room was fine and comfortable enough. The front desk took a very long time to process our check-in and out, as if they were doing everything manually with no instructions.

The staff manager gave me a hard time about making a payment from my husband who wasnt there. I looked up their policy and i was within the guidelines.

Sketchy area. Lobby was all bulletproof glass. Cars in parking lot all had trash bags for windows. Room smelled of smoke covered in ozone and deodorant. Microwave had burnt smell. Hotel looked great in advertising photos, but I would suggest to spend an extra $20 and sleep in a nicer area and clean room.
