여긴 호텔이 아닙니다.
기존 호텔 Image 는 버리세요. 방에는 침대만 덜렁 한개, 방에 있는 카펫은 먼지 덕지덕지, 화장실에 용품 전무, wifi 방에서 사용시 GBP10/daily, 안전금고 물론 없고 여행비를 보관요청하자 영수증도 없이 보관하겠다고... 물론 돌려는 받았지만 사고시 증빙이 없어서 큰 혼란 발생가능.. 엘리베이터 없어서 4층까지 BAG 을 들고 날라야 하고. 동 호텔을 선택해야 할 이유가 전혀 없음

위치만큼은 정말 좋아요
가격이 싸니까 감수했지만 기본적으로 숙소에 기대할만한 여러가지가 빠져있습니다. 엘리베이터 없고 온수도 잘 안나오고 비누나 샴푸도 없습니다. 밥은 공짜로 준다고 문에 쓰여있지만 실제로는 돈 내야하는걸로 알고요. 그래도 베이커 스트리트 역 가깝고 리젠트 공원도 근처고 셜록홈즈 박물관이나 마담투쏘도 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 후기 중에 에어컨에 대한 불평도 있던데 전 가을에 가서 그건 잘 못 느꼈습니다.

Hotel was sufficient for sleeping and that’s about it. Place was old and rundown, definitely needed a good paint job. Check-in was not helpful - it was later in the night and person at desk didn’t explain anything, we were told to pay upon check out and given 1 towel when 2 guests were staying. The next morning payment was finally taken as we were unknowingly about to be locked out of our room. We came home late that following night and the front door was locked so we used the doorbell to get in - the person at the front desk scolded us for not using a code provided for the front door - however we were never told about said code or given information about it. Fine place to stay if it’s in budget but don’t expect a stellar hotel.

Loved staying here.
I don't understand the bad ratings. My room was clean, warm and exactly what I wanted. Right in the heart of everything, as a solo female traveller I never felt unsafe. Everything was always open around and everything was well lit. Was easy to get to two major train stations with my suitcase. There are a lot of stairs and no lift, but the staff were super friendly and helped me with my suitcase to the top floor. They also helped me at 6am when I lost my key card. (thank you 🙏) The building is old, so expect it to not be in tip top shape. But they are actively making repairs. Regardless it's still a nice place to stay. Would absolutely stay again. Exactly what I was looking for.

Clean, which is good, but decoration half finished. A bit of a building site. Half the slats on the bed had fallen through, barely useable. Location is good though, and friendly staff.

The property needs reburbishment. The communal areas especially the walls need repainting. I had an issue with being given the wrong key but this was sorted out by the very helpful man in reception. There was no soap, shampoo or gel for showering. However the room was nice and the bed very comfortable and the wifi and television worked well.

It was in a good spot at the city but the room was absolutely horrifying. The paint was missing in some spots, the wallpaper was peeling off, we had a hole in our wall and it smelled like mold in there. Also we could hear all the traffic noices from the outside since apparently there was a piece missing from the window. Honestly the staff and location of the hotel was a 10/10 so if u dont mind where you put your head down this is your place! bathroom was decent

Shabby, falling apart and minimal service
Room wasn’t ready when we arrived and had to wait for 10mins. Appearance of the hotel is very shabby and almost falling apart in places. Entrance lobby was full of building materials. Room had apparently just been cleaned but was dirt and dust everywhere. Very noisy as there was a large gap under the door to our room and this was positioned in the stairwell so we heard all noise from other guests. Also the room began to smell like sewage halfway through the night. I would have left for another hotel if possible!

If you can afford to stay elsewhere, do so. The bathroom was in an appalling state. Pubic hair everywhere, around the toilet seat, all over the floor, around the sink and in the bath. We complained about this and was assured that the cleaners would sort it whilst we were out for the day. On our return, absolutely nothing has been touched in the bathroom. Absolute filth. The rest of the room was just about bearable. The towels and sheets did look clean but the smell in the corridors and in the room was rancid. The window wouldn't stay open and the bathroom didn't have any ventilation. The continental breakfast is packs of custard creams and bourbons and the state of the reception area, where you are supposed to eat the biscuits and make yourself a coffee (with a filthy mug) was also vile. Table, sofas and floors hadn't been cleaned in what looked like years. A good full body disinfecting session is required after staying here. Safe to say, I do not recommend and will certainly never be returning.

Terrible nights stay! It was not remotely clean - the bathroom was a disgrace. There were hairs everywhere, clearly a run down hotel which needs a revamp and a deep clean. Black mould in the bathroom!

1 night was enough
Really basic room with no toiletries or drink making facilities. Bed was ok, communal areas really rundown, exposed cables and pipes, building/diy things stored in public areas. Convenient location but glad I only stayed 1 night. Staff members I engaged with were both friendly.

Won’t be booking again.
Won’t be going back there I’m afraid. My first night there and in the night, someone was able to come into my room! I was horrified that someone had access and let themselves in. Looks like it was a mistake and they went to the wrong room, but how can someone have the same key card! The hotel did apologise and changed my room, but was unacceptable. I also hardly saw any staff around, even when I checked out and rang the bell at the desk, no one came so I just left.

Better night sleep in the middle of the road
Avoid do not book! Dirty rooms, no warm water so prepare to take take showers, and no lifts. My room was on the 3rd floor and when I got inside the room, there was rubbish in the bins, stains all over the duvet.

The first room I was given was already occupied, so I had to go back down stairs to complain and wait to be allocated another room . The hotel is undergoing renavations and some work was going on until at least 9pm. Parking is on street so you have to pay via the app before the traffic warden does his round.

Dirty and damp
I booked a single room which I am not too fussed about. The room was very small and dingy. However again I didn’t really mind this. What infuriated me was it was damp and dirty. There was mould patches all over the room. The carpet was ragged and filthy. What made things worse was the mattress had springs coming out of it left right and center. I checked out and left the hotel and asked for an immediate refund DO NOT STAY HERE

Horrible and disgusting visit
Toilet was very dirty including toilet bowl which still has faeces etc. There was no hot water to take a bath/shower. Very strong smoking smell in the room. Personnel unhelpful and unable to communicate in English.

My room was like a prison room. Ignoring the size, the mattress was not even worthy of being called a mattress. The springs were digging in my back all night. Had 2hrs sleep. I suppose it was better than sleeping on the street!

Worst hotel I’ve seen !
Paid for 3 nights an stayed for 6 hours ! Left hotel after being thrown in to a stinking dirty room that smelt like urine !! No hot water , broken beds , ask for a change of room an told hotel was full , refused a refund for the two nights we didn’t stay there and had to pay for another hotel . Customer service is non existent hotel is nothing like the photos it’s dark an dingy an used by women as the pimp house !!

If you are thinking about staying here, then I would suggest maybe keeping it to one night only. I stayed friday-sunday, so this probably didn't help with the noise as obviously people will be staying out later, but guests are banging the doors well into the early hours of the morning. The hotel is also quite old, which is fine, but the floorboards are so squeaky and loud. The guests above were walking around the room at 4am, and it was impossible to sleep through. The double room is quite small, so do keep this in mind if you're somebody who likes a lot of space. The bathroom shower is small, and you can't adjust the height of the head, so the water just goes everywhere. I'm not somebody who would usually complain about a room, especially when it's a budget hotel, but there were so many little things that could quite easily be improved, and they just haven't been. The curtains blocked absolutely no light at all, so I wouldn't stay here during the months when it gets light early. If you don't bring a hairdryer with you, then make sure you ask for one when you check in, as the room didn't have one in there already. It is also worth noting that there is no full length mirror. Obviously this isn't necessary, but it is always nice to know beforehand. It might be considerably better and quieter in the week, as I assume people wouldn't be staying out late. If you do plan to stay, I would request a room that wasn't facing the road, as you can hear the cars go past at night.

Hôtel très mal isolé, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et les autres chambres. Une souris est venue dans notre chambre. La propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer. Les lits sont convenables et le point positif est l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui est proche des commerces de première nécessité et des transports (Metro, train, bus)

Do not stay in this hotel.
This is without doubt the worse hotel I’ve ever seen. Filthy dirty, dangerous electrics on show, mould in the bathroom and reeking of cigarette smoke. The curtain pole was not attached and came down on one of our parties head. Other than check-in, no sign of any staff. It’s a shame I can only upload 8 pictures and there’s a lot more.

No kettle, no cups, no glasses, no soap, inefficient windows so very noisy traffic noise throughout the night, terribly uncomfortable beds, probably worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in London.

Worst stay of my life
It was one of the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The room did not have heater, the shower was not hot, the floor looked like it could break anytime and the entire room smelled like paint. The chairs and bed was also dusty. I requested to change room and as I walked in to the room, someone was sleeping in the room. Way to pricey for such a terrible hotel. Will never ever come back here
