Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience, Jacob. I am saddened to see that we did not meet your expectations. It is expressed on Expedia that we are in the office until 8pm. We left voicemails for you on 7/10 and 7/11 and sent a total of 6 emails prior to check-in with instructions in case you arrived after 8pm. Your experience is not indicative of the majority of our guests experiences with check-in. We welcome the chance to show you the Sun Dek hospitality that receives outstanding reviews.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience at Sun Dek Beach House. I am sorry to learn that we did not live up to your expectations. Our reviews are normally outstanding and our staff is normally one of the best rated things about Sun Dek. You extended your initial stay into the weekend which raised the nightly rate. You were offered a discounted rate as a courtesy and you signed your registration card. Then you asked for the rates to be lowered again when a new front desk agent arrived and we were unable to lower your rate again. Our guest laundry machine was broken during your stay. As a courtesy, the manager offered to do your laundry in our commercial machine, hang dry the items you requested, and dried the other items at no charge. We were sorry to hear that there is a discoloration on your dress and our front desk agent washed it again for you.I hope the next time you are in the area, you will give Sun Dek Beach House another try. We go out of our way for our guests and are truly honored to be able to host so many wonderful guests.
