My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was really nice and helped with anything we needed! couple beaches nearby. Our favorite was playa flamingo which was only a 5min drive. PURA VIDA!

We expressed our concern with the facility of their inability to offer the accommodation as advertised in Expedia. first the room bathroom was not functional, could not be flushed and the shower was not working. Also the tv in the room was not functional. We had booked two nights and ended up checking out following morning and did lay out these concerns with front desk.. The facility manager did not even want to talk to us. The rate for the facility is a -2. The 2nd night should be refunded as the facility accommodation was sub standards

Awesome stay in most beautiful hotel
We had amazing stay with our family. The hotel with its restaurant, pool etc is so beautifully arranged and the hotel personell is most welcoming and so friendly. Thank you for an awesome stay! As soon as we come back to Costa Rica, we will come back to your hotel too!

Nice room, quiet and safe
This was a hotel in a gated community, so we were given gate opener to come and go which was great! It felt safe. Parking in front of building. Room was large/spacious, very clean, wall unit with shelves for clothes/articles but didn't have clothes hanger. coffee maker/fridge/TV. Room had plenty of light. Small two-person sofa which we easily turned around to view TV. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was nice, but not enough of lighting. However, outside of bath was a good mirror with good lighting. Shower head was one that rained down from ceiling, not an adjustable head but still ok. Nice place with lovely surroundings and pool, very quiet. It was on main road so not hard to find, however, if you want something to do in the evening and don't want to drive, especially in fall and winter months where sun goes down early then suggest finding something closer in. There is a beach nearby and Playa Flamingo beach wasn't far.or hard to get to. Only problem was not being close to anything you could walk to at night. Pool was open late so you can go there, also had a small balcony with a table and chairs. Staff was very nice. We did not eat breakfast so can't comment on food.

Easy access and the grounds are amazing. Housekeeping cleans your unit every day. Our apartment was right next to the pool but the noise from the kids playing did not teach the bedroom. Areas around the pool cleaned daily and the pool was sparkling. Did not smell of chlorine as most pools. The staff waited for us to check in as we got a flat tire on our way there. Very kind and helped us book covid tests before we returned back to US. I could not have been more pleased with Casas del Toro and would love to return someday.

The facility walkways and grounds were beautiful. The check is process could be a bit more effective by having a standard set of items to go over with the guest and summary sheet or even something in the room - such as what the key fob is for, the Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours. Our check in seemed a bit rushed and did not cover the above items effectively.

Realmente un lugar precioso y bien cuidado. Apto para familias y descanso. Caminata a la playa a ritmo muy lento es de 15 minutos. Máxima privacidad y seguridad. Quizá lo único por mejorar es la calidad de la señal de televisión por cable.

Relaxing stay at Casas del Toro
I spent three nights here in January. Staff was friendly, breakfast and dinner were good and there was a daily happy hour. Wifi was good in my room and in the restaurant area. A few different beaches are within a 10 to 15 minute walk. I would stay here again.

Very nice property
The grounds are beautiful and the staff was very helpful. The inside of the room was very nice, but the one negative critique I have is the the shower fixtures are not up to par with everything else. Overall, we would recommend this hotel.

Asistí con mi familia, en general estuvo bien, a pesar de que están haciendo trabajos de remodelación, lo que notamos fue que en las fotografías del hotel se aprecian dos piscinas y en el hotel solamente hay una, el desayuno es bastante sencillo con pocas opciones, hay que tomar en cuenta que asistimos en temporada baja y esto suele alterar el funcionamiento del lugar, cuando fueron a realizar la limpieza de la habitación omitieron reponer los artículos de uso básico, por lo cual tuvimos que salir a adquirirlos a un supermercado, oportunidades de mejora... Pero en general bien.

We liked everything about this property. other than no water view this fabulous resort has everything we could want and then some. Security,nice pools,magnificent grounds, a kitchen which we did not expect,a very nice hot breakfast included and a staff that went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. only wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartments 12 and 14 are great with a beautiful decoration, only a few issues with ants in the room at apartment 14, but the staff did everything possible exterminate them. The pool is great, always clean. The apartments' location is great close to the beach, about a 5 min drive to Flamingo. Thank you Fanny, Grettel, Jorge, Diego and the restaurant´s staff for such great customer service. We´ll definitely come back.

Nice Place to Stay in Playa Flamingo
This is a great hotel with a lot of privacy. Really nice pool and grounds - great when you want a break from the beach. Beds were a little firm for my liking.

Nice resort
Beautiful lodging with great staff, very secure, peaceful grounds. Breakfast was so-so but we had drinks and a chicken entree for dinner that was great. You’ll need a car if you want to go anywhere else.

Nice hotel between Playas Conchal and Flamingo
Beautiful environment for this lovely hotel. Two pools, secured parking, close to two beautiful beaches. Staff was welcoming and responded quickly to our needs. Short drive to beautiful beaches.

La Administración es deficiente
Me fue relativamente bien. Las fotos que muestran de alguna manera engañan en relación al tamaño real de la villa, al menos la que nos dieron a nosotros, realmente muy pequeña e incomoda. Tuvimos un altercado con la puerta del baño que se cerro y la atención a resolver el problema fue casi nula.

This is a beautiful little facility well built, spotlessly clean, good food and friendly staff. It would be good to have a car to get around although cabs work fine.

Muy agradable el lugar, y personal servicial.

Buen lugar para vacaciones o viaje de negocios.
Bien es comodo, tranquillo, ideal para descansar, bonita arquitectura, lo malo es que la comida le falta un poco de sabor es buena, pero le falta cariño para que tenga buen sabor. Y falta un intercomunicador al lado del chofer en la entrada para evitar bajarse del vehículo en la entrada.
