훌륭합니다
가격대비 모든면에서 훌륭합니다. 위치는 도심에서 가까워서 일 처리에 좋았고, 주변이 황량하기는 하지만 오히려 지상에 주차할수 있는것이 좋았습니다. 종업원들은 매우 친절하고 상세한 것까지 신경써서 도와주었습니다. 객실의 넓이와 청소상태, 아침식사 까지 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장과 헬쓰장도 좋았습니다.

전체적으로 내부 시설도 깨끗하고 괜찮고 직원분들이 너무 친절했음 주요 쇼핑코스와 쿠웨이트 타워 중간에 위치 가격대비 괜찮았았어요 수영장은 생각보다 작았지만 그래도 좋았다

Does the job nicely.
Homely hotel. Bit dated but gets the job done comfortably. Lovely staff, could have been a bit more flexible in the one breakfast i had on my first morning when i asked for it to be deferred to the secimd morning (only had 1 night out if 5 with free breakfast). Shower a bit messy but tolerable. Overall satisfactory and well located next to2 major malls and heart of business district.

Does the job nicely
Does the job nicely. Bit dated, the room the gym the facilities, but in good condition. Bathroom shower bit messy yet manageable. Staff helpful. Stayed 5 nights only first of which had breakfast included, asked for that breakfast to be postponed to the next day yet flexibility was granted on the matter. Otherwise everyone was helpful and cooperative.

Besides the fact that there was bot of construction going around which made it noisy, the property itself was quite nice. The staff was friendly and the views from restaurant on the top floor were quite nice. They even let me do a late check out when I told them that my flight was very late and also gave me some tips on what to do in Kuwait City. Getting taxis using Careem app was very convenient and easy . The room was spacious with tea/coffee/hot water kettle provided. Wifi was good too

I was very happy with the customer service and communication from hotel staff, everyone was polite and made me feel very welcome especially as i was stranded due to situation of Corona virus airport lockdown so i moved here after my airbnb ran out and had to find accommodation for a further 2 weeks at short notice.

Great stay - Excellent staff
Me and my wife had a very pleasant stay. I have to say that because of the not so high daily room rates my expectations were not that high, but I was proved totally wrong. Our room was spacious and clean and we had a lovely view overlooking the Kuwait Towers. There was nothing special in the surrounding area but it was safe and only a short taxi ride to most places in downtown Kuwait City. Breakfast was plenty with good choice. Breakfast room is on the 22nd floor and offers great views. The two gentlemen at the reception went above and beyond to deal with all our requests and answer our questions. They were both genuinely kind and extremely helpful. I wish I could remember their names because they deserve a lot of credit for the excellent job they do.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per gli standard di Kuwait.Servizio cortese e attento.Camera confortevole .servizio molto professionale di Shuttle dall aeroporto (su prenotazione e a pagamento).Bellissima vista sulle TOWER dalla stanza.Splendido panorama dalla sala Colazione.Non occorre certificato di matrimonio per le coppie,come a volte si legge.Per chi non vuole usare i taxi a Kuwait city si deve scarpinare parecchio,spesso in mezzo a strade in costruzione.Utilissimo quindi un capolinea di bus nella strada adiacente.Buona Colazione.Unico problema il congestionamento degli ascensori

سكنت في الدور ال٢٠ بعد توصية موظف الاستقبال سيف واتضح لي انه غير صادق معي فكان مطبخ المطعم في الدور ٢١ فوق غرفتي تماماً اقامتي كانت لمظة ٥ ايام لم ارتاح في النوم يوما واحد . الافطار اقل من عادي ولايوجد خيارات كثيرة
