Mixed feelings……Rooms at the second floor, just under the roof of the building, are old and without a view. Airco doesn’t work during your absence so very hot as you come in again. Hotel situated in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, a shuttle bus will bring you to the train station during specific hours. Most of the staff is very friendly (like the “older” lady at reception) and the cook, some aren’t. The pool was out of service and needs to be cleaned, some “stuff” in the bathroom from the previous guest is not what you are looking for…..breakfast is ok, dinner is nice however the atmosphere in the restaurant is terrible (looks like a prison or hospital). So mixed feelings!

Struttura sontuosa e quindi di livello superiore. Un difetto però l'ho individuato nel bagno dove non insiste il bidet. Pare che sia una delle poche camere senza questo importante sanitario, forse sono riservate a Chi paga di meno?

A gem near Venice
This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds, pillows, and just a relaxing, charming atmosphere in a hotel that is not quite in the country, but has that feel. The connected restaurant is first rate with an excellent buckwheat pasta and the desserts are 'to die for'. We first spent the night here after arriving on a late flight into Venice airport with a plan to go to Croatia the next day, so we wanted a place close to the airport on the way to Croatia. We liked our one night stay so much we came back at the end of the trip to spend the night before we left for home. It is a 15 minute drive from VCE. GPS found it easily but there are a few tricky turns but nothing that can't be easily re-routed if needed. A very nice place and one that my wife and I both recommend.

Loved the Villa! Clean and quiet area away from the business of Venice but with convenient shuttle to the train station which gets you there within 25 minutes. Loved the wide variety of breakfast choices. The yogurt with all the delicious healthy toppings were a real treat. Modern coffee machines that offers ability to make Cappuccinos amongst other hot beverages. Detox waters were refreshing and a great way to start your day. The grounds are beautiful and they offer a free of charge bike to cruise through the near town and countryside! The pool was wonderful after a hot day touring Venice….crystal clear water! We will return!

We liked a lot this lovely romantic hotel. Good size, not too small not to big, enough privacy. Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, great bathroom/shower. The only thing to improve is the airco in the rooms, they could be more efficient, state-of-the-art, less loudly.

Très bel hôtel - petite structure ce qui est vraiment appréciable - localisation idéale pour visiter Venise car un train passe toutes les 30 minutes - des balades à pied ou en vélo à partir de l’hôtel sont possibles- coté restauration, il est nécessaire d’avoir une voiture mais des tas d’adresses disponibles dans les environs. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui est correct mais sans plus. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et pour le petit déjeuner, c’était suffisant.

Tutto ottimo, bellissima stanza, materassi e cuscini comodissimi, ottima location immersa nella natura, personale molto gentile, pulizia impeccabile, peccato per la colazione, a parte i dolci fatti in casa, pane industriale a fette, marmellate supermercato monte rosa, yogurt primo prezzo, affettati di bassa qualità. Sistemato questo aspetto sarebbe tutto impeccabile!
