Building falling down, no hot water for first day and only warm water after that. Dirty floor (toe nails in the carpet, not mine). Burn holes and burn marks everywhere.

What I didn’t like was the little bed bugs on the mattress with the bedsheets. My wife felt that and itched on her body every time when she slept. For me, I itched rarely. I was so patient.

From Sunday to Wednesday are our regular rates and from Thursday to Saturday are our weekend rates. This property was poorly staffed, the room we reserved and pre-paid for was not available when we got there. Burn holes throughout the bedding, door licked was extremely hard to get in and the overall smell of the place was terrible. I will never recommend nor stay at this place again. Staff was rude.

We would assume since you stayed with us more than three times that safety wasn't an issue.You also have made many reservations in advance for the next several weeks and many have been cancelled so far as no shows. I would advise to stop making reservations if you do not intend to stay with us. The front desk refused to let me sit in the lobby. The room was dirty and the door was not secure. People were fighting in parking lot outside my room and the property and room felt unsafe. Not to mention the front desk refused to refund me after only staying in the room for less then 2hours.

We do take quietness and safety into great account for all guests and would have been able to move you to a different room.We investigated your claims and have come to find that our staff honored our 1 hour check in policy. We have a very strict policy that after a guest checks in, they have 1 hour to get a full refund should they choose not to stay with us. Otherwise after an hour, there is no refund. We checked the time you checked in and checked out and you stood in the room for a little bit over 2 hours. This is why our staff was not able to give you a refund.We apologize for any inconvenience you may have endured during your short stay with us but hope you have a good day.

You have to see it to believe it!
I don't know how this place can pass any inspections. Electronic door locks freeze in the locked mode preventing you from entering or leaving your room. Doors were rusted on the inside, wifi was non existent. Lobby had been closed for quite some time citing repairs. Check in person had an attitude if your question required her to get out of the chair. My check in to check out was less than 1 hour. Sleeping on the street would be an upgrade.

Hello Lewis and thank you for your review.We do meet the standards that the state requires us to have by miles. We're not sure where the "Doors were rusted on the inside" comes from as they are not. Our wifi is strong, as our check in system depends on it. You were probably were trying to connect to anothers wifi that is similar to our name, as this happens all of the time with guests. That is why we have our wifi information at the front desk. All you have to do is ask what the info is. If we remember correctly, you didn't know how to open the door with simple instructions. Our female front desk staff had to physically show you how to open the door, even with you mocking her. Normally after being checked in, we deduct 1 nights stay. However, our female staff was apologetic to you and did decide to give you a full refund, even with the rudeness attitude she endured from you.We do once again apologize for any inconvenience you may have endured from your brief stay with us and hope you have a good day.

This is the most nastiest place I’ve ver visited! The carpet is filthy the restrooms were nasty and the place stunk so badly! I wouldn’t let a pack of dogs visit this place! It should be torn down and fined!

Eh could be better
It was a little sketchy but it was clean in a way, I didn’t have any trouble beside asking for toilet paper & not getting refunded for the night I didn’t use. Oh & the hotel it’s old like some of the steps are rotten & I actually almost fell because of it but it is kind of cheap.

Hello Ana and thank you for your review. For the refund, did you happen to check with the front desk? If you checked out earlier than expected you just need to check in with out front desk staff and they would be able to refund you. Otherwise if you just check out without letting anyone know, we would not be able to refund you.As for our establishment, we are slowly renovating. We have heard of complaints about the stairs and will do our best to replace them in the future.
