버스 정류장 및 시내 중심가 근처에 있는 깨끗하고 편리한 호텔
깨끗하고 잘 정돈된 호텔이었습니다. 다만 주차시설이 없어 호텔과 다소 떨어져 있는 유료 주차장을 이용해야 했습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 친절하였고 질문에 진심으로 대답하는 느낌을 받았으며 평안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다.

Elegant lobby design, friendly and professional staff. The only issue was limited room service options (dinner only available 5:30-8:30pm, and nil gluten free options outside of this time).

On my next stay I would not like the reception staff to come to our room twice to ask our young man to keep quite, hotel stays are for fun or give us a sound proof room next time pls

The female concierge was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and despite the mattress being quite soft, the bed was actually very comfortable. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all main events/locations. Would definitely return when next in Adelaide.

Nice boutique comfortable hotel but showing a little age in places. Good central location. Great bed and TV, & short lift times! Staff are a bit aloof, no help with bags on arrival, no parking onsite but nearby. Overall, would probably stay again

It was a real quiet stay…I will stay there again whenever I need too when I’m back In Adelaide. Wondering if Expedia will refund the 3 days I wasn’t able to stay???

The only thing which we were annoyed with was the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working quite well.

Good central location. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pool but very small. Also has laundry facilities available. The restaurant facility in the lobby was an affiliation and we felt rather a let down for the hotel.

Cleanliness of the room and restocking was an issue. The House Keeper Marilyn was excellent and responsive. Cleaning staff are new and still training. We lost a night due to a cancelled flight and the hotel would not refund even though we gave as much notice as we had. They indicated this was because we booked through Expedia so perhaps others may like to book direct given the amount of flight cancellations. The restaurant was excellent and rooms spacious. Good security and location.

Great Hotel
Would have given 5/5, but housekeeping a real disappointment. No tea/coffee/milk, soap or tissues replenished for my second night. Sad when you have to ask, You get a weird look from Reception. Everything else was terrific. Great Location

Its a great gem hidden away. The hotel is pretty good. The gym and the pool areas are very neat. The only thing I didn’t like that they charge for water bottles in the mini fridge in your room.

Clean and good location.
Located very close to Rundel Mall. Easy to find food around. Bed is comfy and room is clean. Receptionists are friendly. Parking is with Wilson behind the hotel, 3 minutes walk..easy walk from the back laneway.

Bathroom needs improvement
Have stayed here a few times ago however this time the bathroom was not upto the standard. While the room was clean and tidy, the shower had dark red curtains and was quite dirty with heaps of soap scum on the inside which was an absolute put off for me. I ended up showering with the curtain opens as thee showere was extremely small and it's extremely impossible to avoid touching the shower curtain while showering which is quite disgusting. While I understand the hotel is dated, I did not mind it during my previous stays as I got a decent bathroom with no shower curtains and it's very close to my workplace, however the bathroom with curtains is a definite no for me. Will be reconsidering my future stays.
