가격 대비 훌륭했던 게스트하우스
비치에서 좀 떨어져이긴 하지만, 조금만 걸어가도 되서 괜찮았어요. 주변이 조용하면서도 번화가에서 멀지 않고요. 무엇보다 주인이 엄청 친절합니다.

サーフィン旅行で2週間程度の滞在。 宿泊価格はリーズナブルで、コスパが良い。 必要な設備は揃っていて、繁華街から少し離れているのでのんびり滞在するのにおすすめ。 徒歩15分圏内には住民用の大型市場やスーパーマーケットもあります。 宿の共用スペースには包丁や電子レンジなどの調理器具も揃っているので、安くておいしいフルーツや野菜を買ってきてかんたんな調理ができるのもすばらしい。 何より宿のマスターのAlexが気さくで素敵な人です。 日本語は通じないが、簡単な英語ができれば周辺の飲食店の情報や、その他色々な相談にものってくれます。もちろんgoogle翻訳を使えば細かいやりとりも問題ありません。 彼のおかげで、ローカル感のある大変充実した旅行が楽しめました。 大変おすすめの宿です。

I stayed at a time during Covid and most of the shops and restaurants were closed, but that was fine with me. It was so relaxing to wander along the beach and have most of it to myself. The hotel was nice and roomy. Low-key and chill. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a wooden plank, but that didn't bother me too much. I like that it had a balcony to hang my beach clothes out to dry. At night, it was a little dark around the area since most of the other businesses were closed. And the nearest place to buy any groceries was a 7-Eleven and a supermarket about a 20-minute walk down the road.

Almost a VRBO! Good stay.
The people running the operation were very nice, especially the son! The room had an old man's breath smell in it and finally started going away on the last day which wasn't as fun. The room was very big. The room would get hot because the AC didn't turn on unless we were in the room. Another annoying thing was that I couldn't leave the room at night because we get one key for the room and one key for the security gate. I went out to look for bug spray for her and she was exhausted and hot so she stayed in the room. It took a little while to figure out a solution with the son who happened to be downstairs hanging out and eating. He offered his cell phone number if it was super late and I needed to get through the gate. The stay was good for the price and they work well with what they have to offer. It was a good stay!

Hidden gem in Kata Beach
Phuket Racha @ Kata is great because it's close to everything you need, and tucked back on a quiet street. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. On the way, there are many restaurants, massage shops, pharmacies, etc. There is a nice open-air market nearby where you can get all kinds of Thai food & great, fresh seafood at a decent price. The family that runs Phuket Racha @ Kata is very nice — friendly, helpful, accommodating, and speak English well. The rooms are quiet. The bed is comfy. The internet is fast enough for basic tasks. Free instant coffee is great because there is nowhere to get a good cup of coffee early in the morning around there. This will always be my first choice when I go to Phuket.

The beds were extremely hard. I found it hard to sleep because it felt as if I were sleeping on two twin sized beds., that had a board over the two of them. It was horrible and uncomfortable. I paid extra to stay in a hotel rather than a hostel for the bed only. Besides that the property was great.

Great location - walkable to both Kata and Karon beach, shops, and restaurants. Bus is an easy ride to Phuket town and other beaches for 40B each way (last bus is around 6pm). Alex was very kind and welcoming. I booked 1 night through Expedia to start with and then, I booked 2 additional nights directly. Credit cards are accepted on the property. Tip (probably not spelling her name correctly) picked me up at the top of the street on a motorbike as my mini bus didn’t not drive me down. Alex showed me their property (2 buildings). My first night’s stay was in the building across the street, top floor, queen bed with balcony & mountain view. The room was perfect - quiet, clean, refrigerator, working AC, bottles water, and shampoo & soap in bathroom. Towels and umbrellas are available for the beach too. Toast & coffee/tea is available in the morning too. The key needs to be inserted in order for the refrigerator, lights, and AC to function - so fridge is really only able to be used to store items overnight. The bed is pretty firm - this may not work well for some guests. For my 3rd night, I had to relocate to the other building and had a room at ground level behind the office. This room was noisier and did not have a nice feel to it albeit it was clean. There was a musty smell from the AC but it seemed to wear away once it was on for a bit. Happy that I had 2 nights in the other room.Motorbikes are available for rent on the property; I paid 250B for one day with helmet.

Lugnt läge med promenadavstånd till den fina Kata Beach. Stort rum men dåligt tryck i duschen. Frukosten väldigt enkel men okej. Nära kvällsmarknaden som är några kvällar i veckan.

The hotel is convenient and well located --10 mins walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops. Staff is nice and there is laundry service on site. The included breakfast (toast, tea, and coffee) is a bit oversold.

I knew it was going to be inexpensive accommodation but I don't think it meets the minimum standards of comfort. The shower had no pressure at all. Cleanliness of it was not up to standard either. The mattress was ridiculously hard. I had to check out the next day coz I had no sleep the first night. It is run by a well intentioned family but it is disappointing when you traveled so far to find this.. I have stayed at backpacker's before that were even cheaper and were pretty good. They call themselves a hotel but it's more like a guest house. There is no reception desk. The lady shows up whenever. The complimentary breakfast was a slice of white bread and banana. Hot water and instant coffee. Not even butter or jam. The water wasnt even hot. I jsut felt like it was one of those overpriced places that wana get the first time visitors.

Hotel not worth the money
Too noisy outside, service was ok but not great. Location was moderate but not the best. Not expensive for Phuket prices but we expected more for the money we paid.

Hotellpersonalet er veldig hyggelig. God frokost med valgmuligheter. Rengjøring hver dag og ikke så tidlig om morgen. Hotellet har også motorsykkelutleie.

Einfach, sauber, persönlich. So muss Urlaub sein!
Sehr saubere, geräumige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Die Zimmer und das Bad werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber sehr lecker. Die Eigentümer sind freundlich und stets um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Alles was man braucht, bekommt man in der Unterkunft selbst: Getränke, Obst, das obligatorische Motorrad, Kurztrips in die Umgebung und Tipps, wo man günstigt an gute lokale Küche kommt.

Non ci aspettavamo niente per il prezzo speso ma guardandoci intorno ci sono comunque soluzioni migliori allo stesso costo, questa guesthouse non aveva assolutamente niente a che vedere con la foto pubblicata, noi siamo stati solo una notte e oggi già scappati.....via!!!! Ce ne siamo andati talmente in fretta che mi è rimasto il dubbio se ci fossero camere migliori, tuttavia non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Utmerket renhold, og utmerket vertskap!
Vi har vært gjester her i 16 dager, og har hatt et fint opphold. Gjestehuset ligger i ei gate med lite trafikk. Det tar 5-10 min og gå ned til stranden. Hvis du ser på prisen du betaler for rommet, er det vel lite og klage på.

The hotel sold us a bus ticket to Krabi. The journey took much longer than promised, was not in a big buss but a small one, and a lot of waiting here and there. Finally in the middle of the journey they blackmailed 100 bath more if we wanted to get to the next buss instead of waiting for 2 more hours and going with a pick-up truck. The hotel is responsible for what it sells! Yövyimme 4 yötä. Hintaan nähden ok, erittäin rauhallista aluetta, yöllä katu hiljeni, mutta heti viereisessä korttelissa oli kyllä elämää. Pitkä miinus myydystä jatkokuljetuksesta: piti olla iso bussi ja noin 4 tunnin matka. No oli hikinen pikkubussi, vaihtoja, haettiin jengiä sieltä täältä ja odotettiin ulkona vaihtopikkubussia joka vei sitten paikkaan, josssa kiristetiin 100 batia lisää per naama, jos halusi päästä jatkobussiin nopeasti. Hotelli vastaa myymästään matkasta joten voi voi!!!

Convenient, well located and nice hotel
The owner of Racha guesthouse is very dedicated, the property is super clean and nice. We spent one night for new years eve and he offered a barbecue free for all its guests. Breakfast is included too. I recommend Racha guesthouse!
