직원분들이 친절했구요. 12살14살 아이들델고 퀸사이즈 하나로 예약하고 갔는데 직원분이 킹사이즈 베드룸으로 배정해주셔서 너무좋았어요 . 침사추이 나단 로드 노보텔바로옆이에요 . 위치도 넘좋았어요 . 버스 .지하철 전부바로 탈수있었어요. 화장실 때문인지ㅜ계속 하수도 냄새같은게 났어요. 그것만개선된다면 정말좋을듯요

아들둘있는 4가족 가족들과 묵기에 좋았습니다 홍콩 침사추이에서 묵는다면 추천입니다 주변에 템플스트리트 야시장도 가깝고 조던역이 가까워 홍콩섬 넘어가기에도 편했내요 24시빨래방도 7분 거리에 있어서 돌리고 웰컴마트 장도보고 1층에 스타벅스가 있어서 호텔조식처럼 베이글 크로와상등 커피와 아침에 이용했내요 ㅎㅎ가족과 묵기에 이만한 컨디션 호텔을 홍콩서 찾기 힘들어요 추천합니다

10명 가족여행 대단히 만족했습니다~
가족10명이 3박 이용했습니다.(6명은 패밀리룸, 4명은 그랜드룸) 전반적으로 매우 만족했습니다. 우선 직원분들이 굉장히 친절했습니다. 룸2개를 같은층 맞은편에 배치해주셔서 가족끼리 편하게 이용했습니다. 요구사항은 모두 잘 들어주고, 청소도 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 조식도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 부모님도 만족해하셨습니다~

도심 버스와 지하철역이 가까운 호텔
2018년 6월 28일 부터 7월1일 까지 머물렀던 호텔입니다. 후기를 참고하고 자유여행으로 지냈습니다. 일단 제기준으로는 그랜드룸을 예약했지만 넓고 쾌적한 상태는 아닙니다. 항상 습하고 꿉꿉함이 방에 남아 있습니다. 뭔가 방냄새도 한국 복귀한 아직까지 콧속에 남아있는듯한 느낌입니다. 조식은 크게 기대 하지 않았으나 나름 괜찮았습니다. 아침부터 많이먹히지도 않지만 그렇다고 전혀 못먹을 음식이나오는 것도 아니라고 생각합니다. 또한 저의 부족한 영어에도 친절히 안내해준 호텔 직원들이 시설물등의 약간 부족함을 상쇄합니다. 도심에 인접하고 공항이나 침사추이, 홍콩 유명관광지 어딜 가더라도 인접한 대중교통으로 연결됨은 정말 강추입니다. 추후에 가게 되더라도 도심에 인접하고 많이 돌아다닐 분이시라면 추천드립니다.

도심 접근성 최고!! Excellent accessibility to downtown!!
침사추이 역으로부터 한 정거장 전인 조단 역 인근 번화가에 위치하여 침사추이, 센트럴 등 시내 중심으로의 접근성이 좋았음. 또한 침사추이에 위치한 호텔들의 객실에 비해 큰 면적의 객실을 보유하여 4인 이상의 가족 단위 여행객들에게 쾌적한 숙박 조건 제공이 가능함. 그리고 호텔 스탭들의 친절한 서비스도 만족할 만 하였음. Nathan 대로변에 위치하여 주변에 쇼핑센터, 레스토랑 등 편의시설도 많고 특히 몽콕 야시장도 인근에 있어 보고, 먹고, 즐길 거리가 많아 즐거운 여행이었음. The hotel is located at the MTR Jordan station which is one station before MTR Tsim Sha Tsui station, so we could easily move to downtown, e.g., Tsim Sha Tsui, Central, etc. It has spacious room for family tourist over 4-persons. Very kind staff provided good service for guests. There are many shopping center, restaurants including Mongkok market near this hotel, so my family enjoyed excellent tour.

It was smelly because of the renovation right next door, and I couldn’t sleep because of the smell and noise. It was unpleasant so I had to check out one day earlier than planned since I couldn’t handle it m. The food buffet is also severely lacking, not worth the price I paid.

Hotel is between 2 MTR station, maybe Jordan station is nearer. Check in was smooth and friendly. The beds though were abit small, thought most hotels used super single as their beds. Plenty of food options on either side of the road. Never lacking of what to eat !! The toilet need some maintenance, always got weird sound and the patch up work on the toilet bowl is very ugly.

想像以上に綺麗で広い部屋だったため、とても満足しました。1日目の夜、部屋の半分の照明がつかなくなってしまいましたが、翌日に外出するタイミングでスタッフに言うことでトラブルは解消されました。 簡単な英語でもスタッフとのコミュニケーションは十分に取れたので、言語が不安な人にもおすすめです。 周辺は治安が良く、女子数人のグループで23時ごろまで出歩いていても安心な状態でした。駅に近い上に、スーパーマーケットや美味しいご飯屋さんが周辺に多いため、お土産や食事にも困りません。 また香港に遊びにくることがあったら、宿泊先の第一候補にここを入れるでしょう。

Worst stay in HK
Messed up our family's whole trip. First day next room was so noisy that couldn't even listen to the person next. We had raised strong complaints but couldn't hardly get into sleep since the kids all woke up. We also asked for portable heater because the room temperature was 20 to 21 degrees but got refused due to lack of inventory. All families got cold. Second day we asked for heater again, and could get one. But temperature only got adjusted to 21 to 22 degrees. We had to move to Shenzen for next travel schedule but this hotel which doesn't have any temperature controlling system made our family trip a nightmare.

The room was very clean, the staff were very good, and the questions were answered enthusiastically. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the subway station, and the transportation is very convenient. There are many restaurants and restaurants nearby, and you can choose from various delicacies and snacks. Starbucks is downstairs. There are also many shopping malls nearby, as well as Temple Street Night Market and Women's Street, which are not very far from Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei and Mong Kok.
