No coffee, lamp cracked, paint on the bath floor, shower head leaking, bath floor dirty grout underneath sink light gray everywhere else the grout was black, no breakfast offered even though in profile worst motel 6, I’ve used and to top all this $82. A nightmare

The front desk was ok. As soon as I got my got and went to find a parking spot, I immediately took notice to they allow their guests to be outside drinking at the back sliding doors in large groups with music playing in the room. I could walk down the hallway and tell where the party was coming from. Nobody did anything. This kind of thing apparently flies A-OK at this hotel. Got into the room and found hair on my bed and sheets. I questioned the cleanliness of the room after seeing that. At 7:30 AM they have lawn crews outside your door operating two stroke leak blowers and power tools. It was very much impossible to sleep well or get relaxed here. I wouldn't come back to this place, I'd rather pay more for a better location that actually has peace and quiet hours.

Don't do it spend your money somewhere else
The only good thing I can say was the front staff very super friendly. There wasn't a real blanket on the bed, the sink didn't work properly. When I took a shower I seriously thought the tub was going to fall to the next floor. The mini fridge was so loud it kept waking us up. Oh and not to mention that the dam garbage truck got there a 3:30 in the morning banging the dumpster. I do not recommend this place at all!!!

The staff was horribly rude. And there was a group of at least 40 people handing out passports next to where we parked. When we asked for a 630 am alarm to be turned off by the neighbors they pretty much said they didnt care and wouldnt do anything

the front desk people are respectful they do not know how to treat people and they only restrict you for nothing also the filthy bathtub the dirty sink and no hot water garbage in the hallways

Rude and unprofessional
The checkin process was terrible, the lady was rude, appeared bothered that we were even there. When asked a question she seemed upset- when asked for an additional pillow & blanket- she was rude & said that, that was a housekeeping job & that house keeping would not be there til the morning. We had no choice but to book another place.

The staff was friendly but the lack of cleaning help left a lot to be desired. When the room above took showers or used the sink it was loud in our room. When our son arrived around 9 pm to check in he was given a key to his room and when they went to the room it hadn't even been cleaned . Homeless people or whoever were walking around the hotel asking for money.It was a little uneasy.

Good Hotel
Overall nice hotel for the price. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pool looked nice, but it was closed because of COVID, so we weren't able to use it. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again.

Super old motel but clean and perfectly centered around shopping and restaurants. I like the fact when they renovated, they put hardwood down instead of nasty carpet. For the price, we were pleased but when we asked for another towel and pillows, they didn’t have any extras. But they did knock on door as they had found an extra towel. So good friendly service!

Here are the reasons I booked this room. The price was low and I needed a driving break on a very long trip. I knew I would be tired and need some good distractions for the kids. The amenities listed included cable tv, a pool, Wifi, and COVID safe continental breakfast. Right away we noticed the TV didn't work and staff did not know how to fix it. I asked if we could have a different room, but they said the motel was fully booked. Next I asked for directions to the pool, and we found out the pool was not available. I asked if I could get my money back and go somewhere else, and the staff member said her manager was gone and she didn't know how to give refunds. Feeling stuck, we tried to make the most of it. The front desk person tried to fix the tv and when she couldn't she said she would send another person down to help, but he never came. The whole place smelled strongly of...cleaning supplies, maybe? Chemically. The minifridge did not work very well. I put the ice pack from my cooler in the freezer section and it was still liquid the next morning even though I had turned the setting to the coldest option. The floors seemed newer, but everything else seemed very run down. I chose this place to ease the stress and fatigue of a very long car drive with my two children. Motel 6 made it more stressful. I had to deal with two tired and disappointed young children after 6 hours of being on the road and feeling exhausted myself. I want my money back.

There is nothing special about this property except that the location of our room (239) allowed no rest what-so-ever. The exit/entry door-hallway is adjacent to where the bed is located. All through the night the door slammed rattling the wall and bed waking us. The bathroom is highly in need of repairs/replacements. An extremely unpleasant stay!

Clean. No smokey smell. Everything worked. Motel was rated as 2-stars, it was exactly as a 2-star motel should be....notjing fancy but clean and functional.

Was new experiance using booking site. Bed frame fell apart in first few hours just sitting on it. Fridge was on highest setting but did keep cool. Glass door very hard to open. Looked and sounded more like a flop house. Got double charged but was cheap. Did not stay second night.
