Unless you fish, there is little to do here. Accomodation is very basic. The area has only 3 places to eat. Its quiet and relaxing if youre into that. We thought the accom was adults only, only to discover a stack of kids running around.

Thanks for your review, there are many things to do in Shark Bay, tours of Francios Peron National Park, Dirk Hartog Island, scenic flights and Ocean Park aquarium to name a few things to do. We are 3 1/2 * accommodation, not 5*. There are 8 places to eat ranging from pubs, cafes, bakery etc No where do we claim to be adults only and yes families stay with children too.

Nice Beach Cottage
The property was a beach cottage near the ocean and very convenient to the activities in and around Denim. The cottage was comfortable and included a kitchen. It would rate excellent with a few changes; The floor needs to be cleaned more thoroughly between guests, the shower needs a larger hot water tank and they need to replace the toaster. However, it definitely met our needs for a five day stay.

Overall the accommodation was very basic and the linen was and felt tired and I wondered if the duvet cover had been laundered. The second bedroom was very small and when using the trundle bed you were unable to use the wardrobe. Maybe we got what we paid for but in comparison with our other trip accommodations and the tariffs we paid this was by far the worse. Location was excellent.

thank you for your feedback. We asked when you were here was everything ok (one of the ladies), and reply was "everything good thanks". Our duvet covers are certainly laundered regularly. Sheets are constantly been replaced with new ones, our Facebook page shows donations of linen been given away and lots of it has been passed on! we have lots of couples sharing the 2 bedroom villas, there is not a lot of space but we have to work to the best availability possible with the room size. We are a 3 ½ * AAA rated property and we hold high standards and sorry you felt different. Glad you enjoyed our beautiful location. thanks

Great destination for a relaxing holiday.
A great location to get away from it all - peaceful, quiet and beautiful views. Easy checkin-checkout, lovely managers.The unit was all we needed - fully self contained, large bedrooms, comfortable bedding, very clean. Kitchen was well equipped, seperate toilet and bathroom. Free foxtel and wifi. Short 28Km drive to Monkey Mia. Top location. Would definitely stay again.

Extra rolls are under the bathroom sink
The personalised service was noteworthy. I asked the host via the hotels.com messenger where the extra toilet rolls were. A few hours later, she waited until my family and I had returned from dinner, entered our chalet without invitation, went to the bathroom and pulled out rolls from under the sink, before walking out the front door. My small children were wondering who the stranger was that entered our house while we were putting them to bed. Other than that, the place was rundown and not worth the price. Great location though. Amazing part of the world!

Thank you for your comments Mathew, you sent rude email to us regarding the toilet rolls at 6pm after been here day half, yes waited for you to come back to show you were they were as you claimed looked everywhere!! I stopped my own dinner to came and see you. I said before came in you can't find them, I can show you. Requested a port-a-cot and then disputed via rude email again about paying for it. How about use communicate in person as we were in the office all day instead rude emails. Happy travels.

Quiet and comfortable chalets opposite the beach
The best thing is the location, right across the street from the beach. Perfect for swimming or sunbathing. The chalet itself was fine, well equipped and clean, though showing signs of wear and tear. Bed configuration is very odd with a double and a single in the bedroom and another single in the corridor. WiFi worked well. Swimming pool is tiny!

Basic accomodation with some extras
At first we were disappointed by the actual look compared to the photos, but the place was conveniently located, wifi was good and check in was easy despite our arrival past office hours. The accomodation was spacious, the bed rather basic and uncomfortable, the kitchen had what was needed, but we had to clean the dishes first. Unfortunately the towel was brand new and as office was closed we had to wash it first. Careful with the toaster, when we used it the smoke detector went off. Check out was very smooth and we received several tips and a brochure with interesting stops ahead on our way. Thanks!

Great view but for the Windows
Interesting Windows ruin the view as they are dirty and haven't been cleaned for years. The towels are old and thread bear and I use similar to dry my dogs. The floor tiles in the Villa we had were cracked and caused me to cut my heal. Place is tied, overpriced as is most of the business in town. A lot of investment would help. The things you come to see being the environment is excellent. The word Resort is used very loosely. We have stayed in hundreds of locations at various places in Australia and OS but found this accommodation a disappointment.

We take on board the windows, we have to juggle around the weather, bookings and safety due to the height. the bathroom had a bit of dust on the window sill, everything else she advised happy with. We are in an environment that is extremely dry and red dirt meets the water, so YES will be dust etc. We apologies the our property did not meet your expectations, however we all take great pride in our property and majority of our guests enjoying their stay at Oceanside village. Would of been appreciated if you came and said there was an issue with your villa, we would of dealt with it immediately. Too late after you left and say something. Nice apartments close to shops etc.
A comfortable family unit with adequate facilities including convection microwave, free wi-if and foxtel. Close to the beach and walking distance to pubs, restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay here again.

Good location for enjoying the natural surroundings. Close to town although food supplies and eateries are understandardly limited in choices. Strongly recommend dinner at Old Pearler Restaurant.
