Dear Anonymus Heya! First of all, thank you very much to spend your time to write a review regarding your experience at POP! Hotel Denpasar. We acknowledge that your experience is not match with your expectation, especially with the Wifi quality, for sure we've take this issue as a priority and we already take an immediately action to solve that and avoid the same mistake happen again in the future. Within this respond, please allow me on behalf of the management to send our deeply apologize. Regarding your concern about the additional person (third person) in the room, actually our rooms is fit for 3 person, since we put an additional sofa bed inside it, and yes we didn't have any roll away bed, since it will not fit to our room because of the space of our room it self. However, for every guest who would like to set the sofa bed as an additional bed (with extra pillow, sheet & blanket), we can accommodate with an extra charge as only IDR. 50.000, but again with the existing set up actually our room is fit for 3 person, and for sure it's free of charge. Again, we really thanked for your review and I wish that you will give us another chance to welcoming you again on your next holiday in the island of God, Bali.
