We had a fantastic stay in our apartment in the weekend after Easter. The reception were brilliant and organised taxi transfers to and from the airport for us so it made everything feel very easy for our first city break away with children. The apartment was spacious, clean, well decorated and well equipped. We only ate breakfast in it as chose to eat out during our stay but we could have easily eaten in the apartment using the facilities provided. It was in very easy walking distance to the metro stop (Hospital Clinic) as well as only a 15 minute walk from the tour bus stops and La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. There were lots of restaurants nearby including a lovely Italian called Gusto which we were able to book via Google before arriving so it was a good choice for a first evening meal. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Barcelona as we’ve all had a fantastic time and hope to return one day. Thank you!

L appartement est tres bien situé dans un quartier sympa Nous avions l appartement trois chambres pour une famille de 5 personnes Les prestations étaient au niveau de celles indiquées L accueil s est très bien passée Un parking assez proche est disponible pour 20 € par jour Le seul bemol est le manque d insonorisation des parties communes et des appartements au dessus Sinon c était très bien !!!

We had a party of 6 and were all very comfortable. The location was great - short walk to Metro. Also, a nice grocery store and market about a block away. One of the best parts of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff! Great stay!

Great area
Mercedes Heritage Apartments is like living in your own home…the area is residential…away from touristy spots but near enough… Front desk was a charmer and very helpful! There’s always someone to help 24/7 which was wonderful! The space is great, we got a 4BR/ 2 bathroom space…all amenities were provided Although the mattresses and pillows could do a little upgrading…the towels were brand new! Kitchen was complete and clean…the washer we didn’t us coz we didn’t know if it had a dryer mode…WiFi was weak in some parts of the apartment

Ótima acomodação! Espaçosa, tudo novinho, bom chuveiro e bem completa. Tem máquina de lavar, cafeteira, ferro, secador, smartTV. Ar condicionado é central, não chega a ser problema, mas é bem forte. Itens a melhorar, colchão e travesseiros. Local de fácil acesso, perto de metrô, mercado, cafés e restaurantes. Ótima comunicação. Recomendo bastante.

Great apartment with terass
A really nice place to stay a residential area, close to the food market Mercat del Ninot, and a 20 minute walk to Plaça de Catalunya. The apartment had a fantastic terass where we spent all the time when we weren’t on town. The reception was open most of the day and very helpful. The only thing that bothered us was the fact that the apartment only has one bathroom which could be a problem since you can be up to 8 people there.

The apartment was really great and extremely clean. The staff were extremely attentive too. The location worked perfect for us and was very close to a metro stop. The only thing I could say was a slight issue was that the second shower room was very small!

We found this place last minute and looked at the reveiws and it seemed nice. But you can never always go by some reviews. I have to say that all 7 of us were very very impressed indeed. The communication and instruction as we had to arrive late were so clear. The apartments where fantastic, lots of space for us all and well equipped. The staff at reception were sooo lovely and helpful in everyway, from ordering taxis, to helping with information on places etc. The location is not to bad, there are supermarkets, pubs, little delis so near and the metro was just round the corner. As for taxis they vary so much in price as we always had 2 which went the same area and they varied abit in price. But thats just way it is. We all would come back to this accommodation in a heartbeat next time.

It was conveniently located, metro stop nearby, grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Front desk lady very friendly and helpful. The pull out couch was not super comfy and the AC was kinda loud. I would stay here again though .

Excellent Apartment
Our experience at Mercedes Heritage Apartments was beyond great. On arrival we were upgraded to a larger room to accommodate everyone on our trip more comfortably. The location is great, just around the corner from the metro. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. We are definitely booking this location again on our next trip to Barcelona.

Property overall was good. If you get a good price for this apartment - book it! .. Only issues we had were with the drain in the shower, built up with some water but that’s me being picky as it wasn’t that that bad. Positives outweigh the negative .. Staff are brilliant, can’t fault them & room was big & a nice size, didn’t feel tight and AC worked beautifully!

Situated in great location near to metro, Mercadona and market! Felt very safe there. Apartment was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Only minor comment is that walls are very thin and there was quite a bit of late night noise from other residents for short periods as they arrived back.

這是一間黑店！屈扣按金的可怕經歷！
這間根本就是黑店！！我在這住了6日5夜，就在退房時職員不肯現場退回全部按金給我，我問為什麼？那個職員話如果要現場退回信用咭就要等她們檢查完房間才可以，我問大約要多久，她就話十分鐘！我說可以，但沒兩分鐘就跟我說我們前兩天弄壞他的吸塵機，我們兩天前確實借了吸塵機用，不過用完立即於第二天早上還了，但這兩天從未收到飯店職員說過有关於吸塵機給弄壞的事情！直到今天退房，她那個金色長頭髮的婊子才這樣找個理由去無理扣我的按金，我即時說我不同意！！我問為什麼你現在才告訴我有這件事，已退還了整整兩天，怎樣可能現在才說！好明顯是屈錢！那婊子態度惡劣！說叫我有不滿可以報警…如果你會西班牙語！wt！！真是不知所謂的服務，他們網上的評分肯定是請打手寫的！ 最後我還是跑去了警察局投訴，但當地的警察不接受投訴說這宗案件沒有人受傷我也不是被偷錢也不是被搶劫，所以不能處理叫我去西機會投訴 ！真的很生气， 我就這樣被屈扣了200歐元的按金，只好回港後打上信用卡公司做投訴處理。這間酒店真的很爛！我們住六日五夜，就只提供一次清潔服務！所謂的清潔房間就是補了衛生紙，換了垃圾袋，補了毛巾而已。 就是因為看見地上還是一大堆頭髮我才去借吸塵機自行吸塵， 誰會想再旅行期間要做家務事 ？ 飯店亦非常殘舊，浴室的趟門玻璃和座廁都長滿了霉菌，我還要自行買漂白水清潔消毒才能用！ 酒店提供的毛巾是灰色的，簡直不能使用！風筒也是壞的，也沒有提供拖鞋，洗髮精，沐浴露 ，也沒有補給水！ 這次經驗真的十分差，這也是我住過最爛的服務式公寓， 永遠不會再來！希望客人真的要慎選不要再光顧這間黑店 ！我實在十分生氣和無奈。
