Dear Orida, I apologize for the miscommunication. I spoke with your travelling companion and should have included you in the info about breakfast. I upgraded both of you to a king size room for the queen rate to make up for breakfast. The kitchen is off limits to guests as posted and also the storage area for coffee, paper goods, water and kitchen supplies. Boxes of belong in that area, guests do not for your own safety.

Dear anonymous, We do have an elevator for guests who cannot take the stairs. Our 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are all handicapped accessible.

I work for the proprietor, Mr. Damon Baldone, and it is his decision not to serve breakfast at this time. My contact information was included in the envelope with your keys. I would have been more than happy to speak with you about your concerns if you had given me the chance. Coffee is (and was) available in the dining room for your convenience. Our rates have been reduced to offset the no breakfast. I am just as unhappy as you are, whomever you are.

Your welcome package included information on the restaurants in walking distance. The fridges are not stocked, they are there for you to use. I do remember speaking with you on 2 occasions. Dear valued guest, Pamela, My apologies. I am just as disappointed as you are with the challenges that COVID has presented in socializing with the guests here at Dansereau. The guidelines and rules during COVID are listed in out policy which you should have received when you booked your stay. We have a no contact check-in option in affect to protect our guests and the staff during COVID. Your note also contained my phone number, texting info and the list of local restaurants in the area for your convenience. Coffee pods were available of the 2nd floor. All you had to do was call or text me if the other guests had taken all of the coffee. I live on the grounds and would have been happy to assist you.

I remember meeting you and your wife as I handed you your keys and allowed you to check in early without the extra charge. You startled me. I was not prepared to greet my guests.
