Ma'am as for the location when you book it the web tells you everything about the location and lot of guest prefer to stay at a hotel which is located in a quite neighbourhood and not a busy street but if that is what you were looking for our recommendation would be the MI road next time you are in jaipur. Also there are 5-10 restaurants and shops around the hotel as well. Also ma'am as our name suggest Madhuban - A heritage home, By this we mean its a family home converted into a boutique hotel and due to that we have certain limitations and can not install a lift. We would also like to share that the hotel has only 2nd floor and there is no 3rd floor at the hotel. All our beds have spring mattresses. Ma'am we wold like to share that we did not lie to you at any point , You asked for an EC ticket which was waitlisted to which was conveyed to you and we told you that an AC chair car ticket was available and we were asked to go ahead and book from your end as a waitlisted ticket has low probability of getting confirmed. Ma'am we often travel by chair car in the train and there are luggage racks above which have plenty space for luggage. We also want to bring this to your notice that no train has a women compartment except for the local metros, The women seat was allotted to you on women quota. It happened in front of you that we booked through the agent and not directly so we have no reason to lie to you ma'am. We apologise that your stay in Jaipur wasn't that great, We would advise the next time your'e travelling kindly brief the hotel well enough so they can keep your preferences in mind and work on them

The location of the property is close to the main road and not in a hidden alley, We have often been praised for the location as your room at the hotel will always be quiet and away from the hustle bustle of the city.
