We are sorry about this situation. But we assure you that there was no blood on the duvet when you had checked in. All the linens are taken off after each check- outs and replaced with fresh linen for all new check-ins. The house keeping staff would have definitely noticed the blood if there was any?? The next day we changed the linen as per your request. We recall that you did not want your room to be cleaned during your stay with us.
