We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We had suffered a fairly major water leak in our first floor hallway and needed to shut down the water for a few hours to repair. It was then discovered that our hot water source for our kitchen was not working. Due to Hilton standards and health concerns we had to shut down out kitchen for any hot foods. We were able to offer our continental Breakfast only for the weekend. We did finally get the part needed to fix this issue and are running back at 100%. We are very sorry to hear that this has turned you off from staying at any Hilton Garden Inn's, however we do hope that in the future you allow us to show you we are a great place to stay. Very sorry for any misunderstanding during your stay here at the Redding Hilton Garden Inn. We do offer our guests access to our on property safety deposit boxes, and each team member is aware of the correct policies to ensure guest items are safe. I am very sorry they did not offer this to you during your stay. We do have a safe on property, however it is not intended for guest use, we are very sorry for this. We also have a pantry available 24 hours a day by our front desk with many drinks, snacks, frozen items and any possible needed sundries. We are very sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay. We will address these issues and have maintenance work to get the room you were in back to guest ready. We do have a pet that is posted on all of our web sites and through our 3rd party vendors as 75.00 non refundable. Our hotel partners in town do also charge for pets, however we are unaware of the rates they ask. Thank you for your feedback.

I'm very sorry hear of the issues during your stay. Our pool unfortunately is under reconstruction and is not full of water at this time. We should have it back up and running by the end of this month as shown via our web site. We will address the rest of your concerns with our Housekeeping team and refresh all on proper and thorough cleaning policies. We do offer the coffee either via your server or via the coffee station, We are very sorry if the coffee station was not stocked when you were here. How wonderful that he took such good care of you. I often find the smaller meals are much easier to finish these days. I love it when my own server allows me to do this, even off the senior menu. We hope to see you again very soon.
