Hotel in perfect location for both quiet and busy area and within walking distance of beach Staff are chatty and very helpful Room cleaned every day Breakfast is the best I have had in Benidorm and breakfast chef is amazing and will make fresh eggs and pancakes without being asked, definitely would return

Correu tudo muito bem! Hotel é muito bom, sossegado, refeições muito boas e variadas. Pessoal sempre disponível e com "boa cara". Certamente uma excelente opção para umas férias em Benidorm.

Me and my partner was well looked after by friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Made us feel like old friends to them. Food was amazing rooms were spotless. Defo coming back

Hotel très convivial!!!! nous avons passé 13 nuits dans cet hotel tout le personnel est très aimable ils font tout pour que cela se passe bien!Que ce soit petit déjeuner déjeuner ou dîner nous avons trouver la cuisine très bonne et très variée! La seule petite chose c est que l'on ne puisse pas dîner à l'extérieur a part cela c'était très bien

Another enjoyable stay.
This was our second stay at the Castilla and we will definitely be coming back for third stay... the room was immaculate and cleaned to a high standard every day. the food is very nice and fresh and hot with plenty of choice, and all the staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, would definitely reccomend.
Couldn't fault this hotel. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was immaculately clean and the food was pleasant and mostly hot and fresh.

We're regular visitors to the Hotel Castilla which offers everything we look for in a holiday e.g. good food, friendly and helpful staff, and a very clean and comfortable room. We plan to return to the Castilla for further holidays next year.

Value for money
This was our second holiday at the Hotel Castilla and we enjoyed it even more than the first time earlier this year. The Castilla is a splendid hotel offering really good value for money. So much so that we've already booked to return for four weeks in October/November.

Week end entre amies, Benidorme est une station balnéaire toute l'année. Ils y à un grand nombre de boutiques de tous genres. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le ville. Les lits sont double single pas pratique en couple.

Fabulous stay
Great hotel & location, 10 min walk to main entertainment on the Benidorm strip. Hotel was quiet which is just want we wanted, plenty of R & R and away from the noise of the usual Benidorm. Hotel more for the middle aged/mature people.The hotel staff were really helpful, maids kept our room spotless. Definitely will return.

Ved måltidene, spesielt ved middagen, begynte betjeningen å rydde vekk i god tid før den fastsatte åpningstiden, gjerne en halv time før. Det ble mye støy og uro med bl.a. tallerkener, glass, bestikk etc. Kunne gjerne vært gjort mer vennlig for gjestene. For å unngå støyen, bør en komme i starten av måltidene eller sette seg lengst unna rydde deskene.

Great hotel
Excellent hotel, service at reception was exceptional and the restaurant food was very fresh and superb, never too busy at meal times either. Pool quiet and although smallish there were plenty of sunbeds. Had an issue with air con but this was rectified quickly. I will re visit this hotel again

Muy limpio el hotel y las habitaciones, zona tranquila y bien comunicada en la playa de Levante y a escasos metros de zonas comerciales y playa. Muy bueno y variado el Buffet. Nos dieron una entrada gratis al benidorm Palace con la reserva de hotel ... Buen detalle de ocio. Recomendable 100%

Relaxing Stay
A very relaxing week was spent at the Castilla in Benidorm visiting my father. The hotel is in an ideal position and has a great pool area. My room was a good size and was very clean with a good sized balcony. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional from maintenance to dining room, cleaning to reception. Guest services are very visible and nothing is too much trouble. Food is excellent and offers a wide variety of choice. The gym is well equipped and under used which was ideal. Only minor issues is no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. My second stay at Castilla and one I thoroughly enjoyed
