Thank you for your feedback Louise. The television appeared to be working perfectly on all channels when we checked it. We don't have coffee machines in the units but there are at least 5 coffee shops close by. Not sure why you would have felt unsafe. The building is key access only between 7pm and 7am and we as managers, live onsite. We trust that you enjoyed our great location, the comfortable bed and the ocean views.

For the benefit of potential guests reading this I would like to explain the circumstances around Jaydn’s stay at Northpoint. Jaydn booked a 5 night stay with us. On arrival she could only pay for 1 night and promised to pay the balance the following day. On the next day she could not pay the balance owing and offered only part of another nights stay. She was therefore asked to leave. While we are budget friendly, we do not provide free accommodation, so this review was totally unwarranted.

Thank you for your feedback Kelli. We do not have a lift but you will recall that I mentioned on check in that if you would like to park in the Alice Street carpark to unload your luggage that it would cut down by half the number of stairs up to your apartment. However, you said it was ok, your husband will manage it and you unloaded from the basement carpark. If any maintenance or cleaning issues are brought to our attention during a guests stay we are more than happy to attend to them in fact we appreciate being given the opportunity to remedy them at the time rather than being told in a review. While the building is over forty years old, the apartment we allocated you had been modernised and had a good view. We are therefore surprised but sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay.
