As a hotel, we do host the events, but we are usually asking for music to go to background music at 11pm and stop it fully by 12am. However, we are sorry to hear that your needs were not met in terms of offering new room or it got forgotten. We do have two lifts for the guests, unfortunately sometimes technical issues occurs, and the lifts go down, so we offer as an alternative to use another lift, which is a service lift instead of long waiting time. Sorry to hear about your experience in terms of cleanliness and our team members, but we can ensure that this is not the service we would be providing on daily basis.
