This hotel was horrible! First, the bathroom tub didn't drain, so when you showered it filled with 12-18 inches of water. Second, there was no HOT WATER at 9am in the morning. Impossible to shower when the water is cold. Third, there was a hallway fight at 4am which kept us wide awake. Do better Marriott. What a horrible stay and sleep.

The hotel was ver welcoming, and clean. Our room was very nice the bed was comfortable . Everything was very clean, and I am very fussy! All hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and nice. Will definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel because of the spa. When we checked in we asked the hours and were told it was open until 11. Not provided wifi info or told room #, only the floor. Found our room, changed, and headed to the pool only to step into the hotub to find it freezing cold. Went to the front desk and waited for someone to come out of the back. Person who checked us in came out and when asked told us hottub was out of order. Was unable to do anything to remedy the situation.

Pool and hot tub closed. Wifi didn't work. Fire alarm went off multiple times in one night. Not the staff fault but Marriot shouldn't be allowed to con guests into picking their hotel by listing amenities not provided. And no, using the outdoor pool across the street isn't adequate.

We stayed here for two days to attend a funeral. Our grandson was with us so we picked this property for the indoor pool. Also hot tub for my husband so that he could relax and unwind after funeral. Pool and Hot Tub closed for both days. Told to go to Hampton Inn across the way. 1st day we went over but Hampton Inns pool was being chemically treated so it was closed. Also this pool is outdoor pool and the 2nd day the air was cold. No compliment coffee so you had to buy expensive coffee at the Starbucks there. Just was looking to be comfortable and unwind after a stressful day. Paying $820.00 for 2 rooms and not getting what you expected is very dissapointing.

Upon checking in and looking around the lobby. You get the feeling that you made a great decision booking your room here. But once entering my room, one of the pricier dbl. queen bedrooms. I instantly knew I was in a glorified motel. The pictures they have online when booking your rooms must be of a completely different place. Matresses feel old and lumpy. In some spots I actually felt a few springs. In others there were dips from longterm use. The linens look like they havent been replaced in years. Some even showed wear and tear. With holes on certain sheets. Not at all what I was looking foward to. The pillows on my bed smelled like sweat. The straw that broke the camel's back, was the tub in the bathroom. The drain cover was broken. So I had to manually hold it open after taking a shower, to drain the water. This hotel is not even worth it just to come sleep a few hours and keep driving. Forget about even staying a few days. I can best sum it up by saying, it has a Marriot name but the rooms have a rent by the hour feel to them.

Overall, while we found the hotel to be nice and clean, there were a few areas of concern that I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, I would like to address the issue of the price we paid for our two rooms. We were under the impression that breakfast was included in the rate we paid, however, upon check-in, we were informed that it was not. It would have been helpful if this information was made clear during the booking process or mentioned explicitly in our reservation confirmation. We feel that breakfast should be included for the price we paid. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that there were no complimentary bottles of water provided in our rooms. While this may seem like a small issue, having access to water is a basic amenity that we have come to expect during our hotel stays. It would be appreciated if you could ensure that this oversight is corrected for future guests. On a positive note, I would like to commend your staff for maintaining a clean room for us. We found the cleanliness of the accommodation to be satisfactory, and we appreciate the effort put into it by your housekeeping team.
