Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See. Zimmer neben Pool Innenhof sehr sehr laut, da die Hauptstrasse direkt daneben verläuft. Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahll und ständig muss gewartet werden bis wieder aufgefüllt war.

Room with a view!!
We stayed in Hotel La Paul on our way back home during a w.end. Staff was lovely, even though we arrived late on the night there was someone to warm us a friendly welcome. The room was perfect, and we slept like kings!! Great and abundant breakfast with a Lake view, definitely now one of our favorite spot!

Localização excelente
Ficamos duas noites nesse ótimo hotel com excelente localização. Lindo jardim com praia particular e funcionários atenciosos. Fica a uma pequena caminhada do centro histórico de Sirmione. Nosso quarto não tinha frigobar e o banheiro com piso molhado porquê box não vai até o chão (passa água por baixo). No mais tudo ótimo.

Excelente localização.
Ótimo hotel com excelente localização. Funcionários muito bem treinados. Ótimo café da manhã. Lindo jardim com praia particular. Pontos negativos: nosso quarto não tinha frigobar e banheiro molhado porquê água passava por baixo do box. No mais tudo muito bom.

Nettes Hotel
Das Zimmer war sauber und die Ausstattung ok, am Strand gibt es genügend Liegen und durch die Bäume viel natürlichen Schatten der Zugang zum See ist über einen Steg möglich. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in fünf Minuten erreichbar.

Disappointing hotel
I stayed here for 5 days with my mother and my daughter. We had a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. We complained about the single bed being to hard and we got a new matress. Breakfast was plain, but ok. The staff had poor english. The pool is very cold and there is no lifeguard. You can hear the road when you are at the pool so not very relaxing. We were disappointed that there was little information about the hotels fascilities. They have free bikes and towels but we were not informed. There is no kettle in the room, but they have a minifridge and a safe. We are not coming back.

Sentral beliggenhet , midt på halvøya.
Perfekt beliggenhet midt på halvøya. Deilige senger, rene rom med daglig bytte av håndklær. Innbydende frokost. Frokost inne eller ute, begge med utsikt over sjøen. Både lunch og middag kan bestilles på hotellet. Velstelt hage. Stille og godt. Svaner og andre fugler lever i takt med gjestene. Beliggenhet gir mange muligheter med eller uten bil. Gratis utleie av sykler. Resepsjonspersonell snakker især godt tysk, noe engelsk. Meget behjelpelige. 24-timers døgnvakt i resepsjonen. Flyplass ca 35 minutter unna og ligger utenfor storbyen Verona. Lei like så godt bil som å bestille transport, prismessig masse å spare. Oversiktlig å kjøre til og fra. Båtturer til andre byer langs sjøen, gjerne kombinert med sykling av lengre art. Turmulighetene er mange!

Booed an economy room for 3 adults sharing. On arrival we were allocated a tiny room with a double bed and a camp bed. However, a large protruding ‘box’ type wooden shelf was above the fulll length of the single bed, rendering it unsafe for an adult to sit upon the bed. I complained to Reception and refused to stay there. I was eventually offered another larger room in the La Paul Hotel at an additional cost of €128.00 for 3 nts. I contacted Hotelbeds and they contacted the hotel directly. I was asked to pay the hotel directly and issued a voucher for €85.00 by Hotelbeds. The Hotelbeds website stated that double and family rooms were located in the nearby Hotel Smiralda, which is part of the same hotel group. Therefore, I asked to be accommodated there. The Receptionist said a room was available there at the additional cost. We moved to a nice room eventually and it was fine. We paid the extra cost and enjoyed our stay in Room 520. The Hotelbeds website stated check-out was 11.00 am but the hotel insisted that it was 10.30 latest! We had a very stressful experience upon arrival, and the Receptionist/Manager was quite dismissive of our genuine complaint about room 107 allocated to us on arrival.

Super Hotel in super Lage
Das Hotel ist super, genau so wie auf den Fotos. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit Eiern die frisch für jeden Gast zubereitet werden. Die Lage ist perfekt. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt von Sirmione mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Super Urlaub jederzeit wieder!!!!

Sehr gemütlicher Strand. Wasser war sehr sauber, angenehm zum schwimmen ab dem Steg. Gemütliche, ruhige Lage und in 5 Gehminuten im Zentrum!

Были проездом, два дня. Отель соответствует описанию, отзывам и звёздности. По загорали на собственном пляже, что очень удобно. Непосредственная близость к историческому центру города. Очень неудобная парковка(расстояния между авто такое, что выбраться из него практически нереально)

Nice hotel near Sirmione old town
A nice hotel just a 10 min. walk away from Sirmione old town. Room clean and well equipped although decor a bit outdated. Common areas and yard nice and stylish. Good breakfast and friendly service, free parking and WiFi a plus.

nettes kleines Hotel direkt am Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir sind zu Fuss in das Stadtzentrum gelaufe. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten entlang der Ost- und Westseite des Gardasees. Auch Venedig, Verona und Mailand gut zu erreichen.

Best place for the money
Loved everything about it. Is ten minutes walk from Sirmione castle, beautiful setting, great value for the money. It has a beach, pool, free bike rentals, awesome breakfast buffet, very friendly staff. Also the view from there is awesome. On the second floor there is a nice open recreation room/balcony with sofas and tables for everyone to enjoy. Would recommend to all my friends.

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Wir wollten Ferien am Gardasee verbringen und sind dabei auf dieses Hotel gestossen. Die Lage am See bei Sirmione ist traumhaft schön und das Hotel liegt zentral. Leider stimmen die Pics der Location überhaupt nicht mit den Gegebenheiten überein. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und wurden stattdessen ungefragt in einem Familiy-Zimmer untergebracht. An der Rezeption nannten sie es Upgrade nachdem wir uns beschwerten . Da das Hotel komplett ausgebucht war, konnten wir auch nicht wechseln. Unser Upgrade im Familienzimmer befand sich am äussersten Rand des Hotels und war nur umständlich über die Terrasse zu erreichen. Die 2 Räume sind dunkel, kahl eingerichtet und kalt. Die Zimmer teilten wir uns mit S.pinnen und A.meisen sowie etlichen M.ücken welche jedes mal beim betreten des Zimmers mit hinein kamen. Das beworbene Free-Wifi funktionierte nicht in unserem Zimmer und die Rezeption konnte nach mehrfacher Beschwerde das Problem nicht beheben. Der versprochene Techniker konnte das Problem nicht beheben. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes aber auch nicht schlecht. Alls wir wegen der Wespenplage, beim Frühstück den 2er-Tisch im leeren Frühstücksraum gegen einen der vielen leeren 4er-Tische im inneren des Raumes tauschten, wurden wir vom Personal angeschnauzt doch gefälligst als Paar nur einen 2er-Tisch zu belegen. Gardasee gerne wieder, aber nie mehr in dem Hotel. Wir haben das Hotel nach 2 von 4 gebuchten Nächten verlassen.

Nice Brown Hotel
As a couple we needed a place to wind down after a hectic tour of the Italian Lakes. This hotel offered a great location on the edge of town and a lovely garden to relax in, with a picture-postcard view of the lake. But oh the décor!.....so 1970`s!.....brown ceilings, brown doors, beige walls...the room was SO gloomy and dated. We had a room on the side, which meant there was a LOT of traffic noise from the busy road, so pay extra for a full lake view and it will be quieter. The staff were friendly and helpful in the main with check in being fast and efficient. Breakfast was great, with eggs made to order by a cook. Didn't try dinner as we weren't allowed to as they were full with half-board guests. We would recommend this hotel just for its great garden and location, but it needs to update itself to stay competitive. All in all good value if you don't mind brown!

Fantastic location on lakeside. Immaculately clean room. Nice pool. Friendly, knowledgeable and multi-lingual staff. Good breakfast, but lunch not so good. Bathroom shelf needed fixing -my toothbrush slipped off and landed in the toilet :-(

Waren für 3 Tage vor Ort, dafür ist das Hotel gut geeignet. Kurzer Fußmarsch in die Altstadt und eigener Seezugang über Steg sowie eine Poolanlage im Innenhof sind die Hauptmerkmale des Hotels.

Hotellet kan absolutt anbefales om en ønsker å bo sentralt i forhold til gamlebyen i Sirmione. Bra air condition på rommet og vi hadde utgang direkte til bassenget. Dårlig pute! Bra frokost. Mulighet for å bade direkte i sjøen ved hotellet.

Det var tydelig forskjell på servicen som Italienske og andre gjester fikk ved frukost. Lunchtilbudet skulle hatt en menypresentasjon slik at vi hadde sett hvor dyrt det var. Lunchen var veldig dyr!!!

Vi fik et værelse hvor aircondition ikke virkede, men det var først da vi pressede på, at vi fik et andet værelse (for det var jo hvad vi havde bestilt og betalt for). Det endte med at vi sov på tre forskellige værelser på fire dage. Morgenmaden var ganske fin med stort udvalg. Personalet var meget gæstfrie, men burde have reageret hurtigere og flyttet os til et andet værelse da det blev konstateret at air condition ikke virkede.

Excellent hotel for families
Lovely hotel 5-8 minute walk from Sirmione castle entrance. Family room was big enough for 4 Hotel pool nice a bit cold but it was May warmer in the afternoon. Breakfast was very good and didn't realise was within cost worth checking as it was Plenty to do mini golf for kids 2 mins away.

We were not booked into the hotel for 2 rooms only 1 so they had nowhere to give us apart from a room with blocked drains this was not acceptable so they found another room that was stale and they advised us to leave the room door open not a good experience of using Expedia to book a room

Awful Hotel
The Airconditioning was broken, a bucket for dripping water was in the room. Very unfriendly staff who were not interested when I complained. The Breakfast was rubbish and it looked like a bomb had hit it. There was no food left and nothing was relaced. Been to many Hotels but this the worst for me.

Nous avons reçu une chambre avec soi-disant le WI-FI qui fonctionnait beaucoup trop faiblement. siote à cela on nous donné une autre chambre où le wi-fi n'allait pas mieux et sans une minute de soleil ni dans la chambre ni sur le balcon. Un technicien est venu et après avoir cherché pendant deux heures il nous a installé un amplificateur wi-fi.Nous avons du installer nos valises par terre. La pomme douche ne se réglait pas en hauteur et pas d'eau chaude avant 7H45.La tablette au-dessus du lavabo penchait tellement vers l'avant que je l'ai bloqué avec une tasse en-dessous. Et comble de malheur la dernière nuit que nous avons passée la climatisation de notre chambre est tombée en panne et comme personne d'autre n'a réclamé pour la clim ils bous ont donné un ventilateur avec une température de 28°. Nous avons donc passé une nuit blanche et aucune excuse de la part de la direction qui considère que nous sommes des clients difficiles!!!!!!

Bra läge, bra frukost, trevlig personal, tur att vi bokade rum med balkong, nära till många sevärdheter och andra mysiga orter runt Gardasjön.

wie oben schon angeklickt Service war höchstens eine drei ! wir hatten den Eindruck ob es Srvice Rezeption oder sonstiges war, dass Deutsche nicht wirklich willkommen sind1 Das Personal wirkte auch schon sehr genervt! Obwohl ja gerade Sasionbeginn ist !? Hotelzimmer echt furchtbar! Alles dunkel und vor allem obwohl wir bei der Buchung wie auch bei der Bestättigung dieser angaben dass wir beide rauchen wurde dies bezüglich keine Rücksicht genommen!!!! Wir kamen in ein Zimmer (rauchverbot) und kein Balkon!!!! Lage war und ist traumhaft!!!! Und Sauberkeit naja war im Großen nund Ganzen okay
