We arrived at midnight, I called in advance to make sure our room would be ready and pre-paid. Despite this, the front desk attendant did not let us have a room for 30 minutes. Despite THREE different cards being charged, which I showed them, they insisted that we could not have a room because my cards were all declined.
Then, we get into the room, and after reading all about the HG cleanliness guarantee, we found hairs in and around the bed, multiple suspicious stains, etc. it was terrible.
We were given a new room, which had a terrible bathroom. The shower was “peeling”, as the house-keeping supervisor told me, and was stained with urine.
Truly disgusting and I will not be returning. For $200+ a night, I would not recommend.
