The staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Rooms were excellent. We were on the first floor and had really high ceilings. Furniture and room were beautiful.

Shuttle was excellent, fast. Room was clean; only complaint was that the room smelled like sewer when first entering. We noticed that the toilet was dry (like it hadn't been used in some time). Once it was flushed, smell improved. Would recommend hotel check on rooms - even if cleaned - before guests check in.

Easy to use the shuttle to get to our early morning flight. We also used room service, which was handy and enjoyable. My kids opted not to use the pool while there.

Brilliant, clean airport hotel. Has a bar and restaurant with a limited selection of food. Excellent helpful staff. A little noisy from airport and local traffic and rail. Not much around the hotel in terms of food/activity, but City Mall is a 40min walk or 10min drive. There is more food selection there.

The Alamo rental car key drop!! Awesome that I didn’t have to drive clear over to the Alamo location to turn in the rental car. The young lady at the desk told me about it and called Alamo for me to make sure they knew.

When Inqent to make coffee I realized that the cleaning staff had not emptied and cleaned the coffee pot. Didn’t have coffee until the airport where we had breakfast.
