Thank you for the insight we will defiantly have a training meeting with staff on making sure the rooms are at a comfortable temperature for our arrivals. Unfortunately, in this weather we are on a waiting list in bend to have our parking lot properly plowed we have made several calls in an attempt to have this situation resolved. we clearly fell short of expectation on this visit, and we deeply appreciate the feedback.

Oh no! what room did you stay in might I ask. I would like to investigate this situation further in the meantime I will be sharing this with house keeping to ensure this does not happen again.

All grassy areas out side are for the pets staying in the hotel we have the current signage up to keep the general public off the lawn to keep it safe for the pets staying with us my deepest apologies for the confusion, I will share this will my boss to in hopes to find new verbiage for the sign. Our general manager is working closely with the owners of the hotel to get better gluten free options on the menu as this is something we desire to offer.

Yikes ... can you tell me what room you were in we do not allow smoking of any kind in doors at our facility, and we are strict to this rule I would like to narrow down the area and hopefully find out who was violating our hotel policy.

Did you mention this to our front desk staff on duty? we are terribly sorry this happened during your stay, we are working diligently to make sure this does not happen again.
