If you are sensitive to smells, AVOID THIS PLACE! The entire facility is continuously bombed with a horrible fragrance that made me sick every time I was in the lobby or hallway. We stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned. They charged the wrong credit card for our reservation. There was not enough hot water to shower with. There’s no parking lot on the premises, rather a lot 7 blocks away that the hotel validates. Not ideal if you’re traveling with someone witg a knee injury, which I was. When we first got there, the room was clean, and THANKFULLY didn’t smell like the hallways and lobby smelled, otherwise I would not have been able to stay at all. The pool was closed due to covid, something I wish had been posted somewhere, because it was very disappointing to have chosen this hotel due to its location and it having a pool, and then being told it would open a few days after we checked out. The WiFi also did not work, which meant I couldn’t get work done. Besides charging the wrong card, I’ve no complaints about the staff. We are in covid after all, and they are doing the very best they can. Overall, for MY needs, this place was extremely disappointing. If you’re not allergic to air fresheners, don’t need WiFi or a pool, don’t have a car or don’t mind walking to the lot, and are able to wake up early enough to get hot water from the shower, you’ll probably think this place is not so bad.
