Nice location off the busy area, but still very convenient. Rooms are nice and clean with good bathroom size. Water pressure in the show is amazing, a joy to take a shower after a long day of sight seeing. Comfortable bed.

Good location, centre point for all attractions/markets (10-15mins walk away from everything). Quiet rooms, receptions and catering staff all very polite and helpful. The wifi was good and we experienced no issues connecting. Great bathroom facilities, spacious with plenty of hot water and a good shower. Good gym and spa facilities, but adults only. Main let downs, were around room and hallways cleaning. We Opted for the room to be cleaned every other day when asked. The room was never vacuumed and wooden floors within the room were scuffed and dirty on arrival. The bed sheets were never changed during our stay, which is not a big issue, but considering we spent an average of £300 per night (room only), it should have been an option, when we were asked about room cleaning. Room cleaning meant only towels were changed and surfaces were wiped down, floors were not vacuumed. All floors in rooms and hallways need to be vacuumed and polished more regularly. All electricals in the room need an upgrade, the iron, ironing board, hair dryer, TV and TV services especially all need upgrading. There are no USB charging ports in the room. The QR code in regards to services, needs to moved to be in a more prominent place. Most annoying thing are the bathroom glass walls, between the bedroom and bathroom. Little to no privacy while using the bathroom/toilet. Not sure why anyone ever thought glass walls for bathrooms were a good idea.

Service was excellent on all levels by all persons. However, there are many issues which lowers the rating for the experince. Having a toilet placed 50 cms from the head of the bed, separated by a thin glass wall of the bathroom, is an exceptionally bad idea. The bathroom could be easily smaller then have space for king bed in the rooms.The breakfast place is very small and thus overly crowded, noisy, literallaly have to rub shoulders with the people at next table. The restaurant has tables which are so low your leg cannot fit under it (basically a lounge table).

The rooms were large and the shower was next level luxury with the multiple jets. I liked the free drinks option for not having room cleaned on a daily basis - for a couple of nights stay there is no need to have towels washed daily. Breakfast was amazing. Really central to all attractions, but in a quiet street. I would definitely recommend.

this was my second stay at this hotel. It is very close to the opera, main shopping area, gardens, Kunst Museum. rooms are large, bathroom is fine. The bar next to the elevator its very nice and has good food. The only problem was with the cleaning person: the first day we left after 12 PM and no service was provided, we had to ask for towels when we got home. Another day the cleaning person left the 2 windows open and pulled the curtains so we didn't see the windows opened. Outdoor temperature was 35 F and windy. Only at 10 PM we checked the windows since it was very cold in the room and we realized the windows were opened!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, it’s clean, and overall we enjoyed our stay. However, we did not like that the gym hours were limited and not 24 hrs as that was a huge reason we chose this hotel. We also felt like some of the dining staff were rude on 2 occasions and lastly, the bathroom situation is just odd. While it looks good, it’s not at all private and you can hear everything which is simply not ok and impractical in my opinion.

This is not a four star hotel. The hall way walls were being painted when we checked in, the fume was very strong and U did not like the prospect if accidentally touching the wet paint walking The bathroom door dosent shut completely and there is no privacy. I hope you are extremely comfortable with whom you are travelling with Amenities provided are bare bone minimum, paints chipped off all over the room, light in the rbathroom is blinking. Not really up to beat of Le Meridien quality or any other 3.5 star hotel Location is fantastic, which is the only reason I tolerated all the kinks. Oh the breakfast….save your $$$ The selection is good but just not very good and stale.

Great hotel but room for improvement
The hotel is very nice and upscale for sure. Service is friendly and location is excellent. It is closed to many of the main attractions and good restaurants. We had the superior queen room. The room was nice but not the most comfortable. This is because the bathroom is right next to the bed and has tinted glass. The room gets bright if you happened to use it in the middle of the night. The small gap by the door also make sound or smell noticeable the other side of the room. This room is more suitable for a single occupant.

Very good location, within minutes walk to most attractions, 2minutes walk to Opera house, 8 minutes walk to nashmarket , old town is just round the corner, St stephen cathedral is less than 10mins walk, shopping street all within the old town. We could even dropped our shoppings in our room and went back to continue to shop Hotel: front desk staff very friendly and such a warm welcome, impressively efficient, once we told her our names ,she already knew which room etc without needing to check the computer, every single one of them were that good At the breakfast cafe serve a good selection of international buffet buffet breakfast, waitresses were efficient and friendly, even addressed us and other guests by name. The waitresses and waiters at the bar were ever ready to serve and at every moment made us felt so welcome. Top mark! Love the outdoors seats from the hotel, we had our coffee/tea in the cool evening as we watch the world go by We opt not to have our room cleaned during our 3 days stay and were offered free drinks at the hotel bar, but daily changes of towels and replenishment of complimentary water still provided. I highly recommended this hotel.

Nice property in a great location. Poorly run by mgmt and staff is barely competent to handle basic tasks.

Most of the staff were very professional but one woman was very young and did not seem to know things she should have known. Otherwise everyone was great.

Difficulty trying to arrange a change in booking. Booked 19 days and on arrival realized our flight was leaving in the morning so did not require the 10th night, zero ability to cancel. The location was great for walking to most things, the breakfast buffet was also wonderful!
