Friendly staff but rooms were dirty, leftover hair on dresser table. Drinking glasses stained. Dirty and leaking toilet. Noisy. People smoking next door or on the same floor.

When I reached the hotel, I went straight to the reception. The receptionist was quick to respond. I noticed two things when I was in the hotel area. 1) the reception and all the inside of hotel area had a bad odor. 2) another thing I noticed was there was fly’s in the reception area. Once I checked in to the room, it was spacious. I was happy. Then I noticed the room hasn’t been swept and full of dust. When time to take a shower, with just 3 minutes it’s started to flood. My toes was inside the water. And I did notice cobwebs in some parts of the room. If this things didn’t happen, it will be a perfect hotel.

Room is spacious, and staffs are great. Only turn off is its near a wet market, sometimes smells of fishes will get into hotel lobby

I got what I paid for. 1. My room is spacious but it does not have windows. They offer me a room with a window, but they say the size is a bit smaller. 2. This hotel does not have cafe. 3. I stayed there for 3 nights, but they did not make my room even once. 4. my toilet was clogged.

Very central location and good size room
Spent 1 night here and the hotel was good, it was within walking distance of the main road and the room was very big. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The only slight downside was the air con wasn't that great and it's very humid in Tampin, but it worked enough to take the edge off.

Bilik yg besar, bersih n selesa. Sesuai utk kami sekeluarga. Staff yg mesra dan cepat respond kpd segala keperluan. Berhampiran dgn kemudahan seperti pekan serba ada serta dobi layan diri (5 minit berkereta)

Wifi speed to slow
Wifi speed abrage 0.5Mbps is too slow for comfort. Need to upgrade wifi system for screaming . TM Net the service provider has the 4 Mbps package for use at minimim cost circa RM 120 per month charge only. 1.0 Mbps service is 10 years old service but still avaible bit most users has upgrade their system.

The hotel cleanliness become worst and worst
The hotel staff service are poor & not friendly attitude during parking, reception and check-in time. The hotel room facility are dirty, bathroom glass broken, bed smell and TV station are blur image interference. Furthermore room charge are expensive too, does not match the price we paid from other hotel provider. Overall it was very disappointing staying Hotel Centre Point again.

Comfortable family hotel
Good clean room, firm mattress. Very spacious and good value. Only issues with lack of lighting at dressing mirror area & level of noise. 1/ From corridor. Due to stone floors outside, footsteps are amplified! 2/ Exhaust fan in bathroom was loud. 3/ When it rained on our 1st night - sounded like rain hitting all sides of a tin room! No electric kettle provided which was a surprise. However, it was a pleasant stay for family of 4.
