Reception is hostile and racist.No complaints desk or manager on site or refund.Demand of cash bond from guests. No free wifi or conference services for guests.Complex is doing carpentry on site and other services not ideal for hotel.Rooms are in better condition but poor tv connectivity and limited channels. The staff need further training on tourism and hospitality and can't handle international guests.

The room they put us in was outdated and very dirty. We made a complaint to the manager who moved us to another room and after spending a few days there.. the toilet and bathroom got flood. It was dirty, smelly and outdated.. Will not recommend this to anyone

Hotel is hidden from the main road, but room was big and clean. Grocery stores are all working distance. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are only cleaned on Tuesdays. It's not a resort, but for the World Distance Paddling Championships, it was a great location and price. I would stay there again!

I did not even like anything in that hotel, the room was dirty, no room service, the bed was disgusting there were hairs on the pillows, sheets and the towels had stains on them. The shower floor is awful. The room door needs a padlock for tourists safety and so much more needs to be improved. I was not safe in that hotel building.

Was disappointed that my room had no microwave while my friend had a microwave. Also was disappointed that no explanation was given on check out time as we were charged 30 tala each when we checked out. This should have been explained when we checked in. However the positive aspects the room was clean and amenities like tea, coffee and bathing shampoo soap etc was great. Good location and may use hotel again when I do visit samoa. Thank you

Convenient, clean, good size room and bathroom and helpful staff. It was perfect for our last night in Apia and the staff organised a taxi very early in the morning to meet our 6am flight. Would recommend!

Very disappointing
I don’t trust the other reviews here. The lodging was poor in every aspect: poor location and security, the room hadn’t been properly swept and there was water on the floor and hairs in the bed, and no peace and quiet whatsoever. The walls are literally paper-thin; I listened to an intimate couple to my left, and a television blaring until midnight to my right. Construction is taking place all day, a feature not listed on their website or on Hotels.com. Even checking in was difficult; the check-in desk is inside a restaurant entrance across from the actual hotel, without clear or visible signage. I’ve stayed in several other places in Apia for the same price that are MUCH nicer, and feel the website and reviews are very misleading about this property.

Two locations!
Booked for somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay on our last night in Samoa. It was a little hard to find at first (main entrance is around the corner) The woman that checked us in seemed confused and flustered by our arrival, but was pleasant and checked us in. We were told our room is in a different site, and that she would drive us there in convoy. This wasn't a problem, but it turns out that the other site is 15 minutes away from Apia, and we weren't informed of this when we checked in. It was a slightly better location for the airport, however we had dinner reservations in Apia which we were a bit more pressed for time to get to. It was very quiet in the other site, but I was reassured there were other guests staying there, and we saw cars parked there later on. Room was clean and spacious, bed comfy and bedding clean. Useful little kitchenette area, and hot water in the shower. No wifi in the area We left at 4am to get our flight back to Auckland, so served us well for our last night.

Friendly staff
Awesome location, with supermarkets next door, walking distance to shops. Highly recommend trying the fresh produce market food court across the street, on-site kitchen was good tho. Room furnishings are what you'd expect for the price. If you're after somewhere clean, no-frills, secure, with air conditioning and a comfy bed, would very much recommend staying here.

Some photos are deceiving
This is a very basic 1 or 2 star "back-packer" type accommodation. Lots of ants & geckos in the room, but they did come & spray a couple of times. We hate to use the big "C' word for insects, but we have none of those in our cold area of the U.S.A., so that was quite unnerving to have them in our bathroom. I went & borrowed the mop 3 times during our stay, or it probably wouldn't have been washed / sanitized. Third-world country, what can we say --probably average for some folks. Variety of annoying & sometimes louder noises all night long. Tough to sleep. Mostly preachers on TV's couple of channels. Just don't rely on exterior photos showing the better side of things, & not the seedier side of the rooms. If this wasn't in Samoa, most owners would knock this place down & re-build new.

How did this ever get good reviews?
Overall just very disappointing. Hotel is hidden down a very dodgy driveway behind some supermarket complexes. The corner room on the top floor that we stayed in, was right by a storm water canal, which I assume added to the very damp smell in the room. Thank goodness for scented candles. For the price of the room which is about US$90 a night, I at least expect to have decent sheets that aren't stained by previous tenants.

One Week of Peace in Downtown Apia
Su Accommodation provides a little sanctuary in the hustle and bustle of downtown Apia. Its central location allows for easy access to all the conveniences of the city while still providing a quiet and serene atmosphere through its design, not facing the street. You get more than you pay for, with a friendly staff and security guard, our one week stay at Su was without incidence and we enjoyed it very much. Donna, the lead girl/manager/housegirl (wonderwoman), is an excellent host and will oblige to all your accommodation needs. I highly suggest Su if you want a great affordable place to stay in the city that is peaceful and modern.

Nice Hotel close to the city
My partner and I booked Su's after staying one night in another hotel in Apia, to which we were awoken at 5am by other guests blasting music until about 9am, they also attempted to open our room door. We left this hotel and booked Su's Accommodation that day. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the staff, to a lovely, clean and spacious room with everything we would need for our stay. My partners parents asked if they to could change to this hotel, but it appeared the hotel was fully booked. Su's made up another room especially for them and managed to get them booked in the same day as well. We couldn't be happier with the stay we had there, the other guests were friendly and we enjoyed the daily breakfast. We had to extend our stay by 2 days and this was no problem at all. The hotel itself has plenty of parking and is across the road from the market, and beside two major grocery stores. It is a short walk/drive to restaurants. We would definitely recommend Su's Accommodation and will be staying here again next time we visit Apia.

Our stay at Su Accommodation
When we reached Su Accommodation, we were welcomed with warm smiles and attention. The staff were great. It was a very pleasant time for us while staying with Su. This was our very first trip to Apia together as a couple. I was very happy that our experience was beyond wonderful. We managed to spend quality time with our families and staying/sleeping in very comfortable beds etc...is priceless. The location is very We do plan to take trips to Apia at least once a year and staying with Su encouraged us to keep up with those plans. I wish everyone at Su a wonderful Holiday season.
