The hotel allowed me a serene stay in Hana.
After a tough journey on a road to Hana, I could really enjoy the sunset view from the infinity pool.

정말 평화로운 곳. 다시 가보고 싶은 곳.
정말 평화로운 곳. 또다시 가보고 싶어요. 아침일찍 일어나서 골프치고 자전거타고 수영하고. 사람이 거의 없어서 정말 조용. 그나마 만나는 투숙객들은 거의 노인들. 직원들도 친절하고. 전기차 자주 태워줘요. 근처 음식점도 잘 찾아보면 먹거리 많아요. 객실료가 비싸서 그런지 팁은 하나도 내지 말라고 알려주더군요. 줘도 절대로 안받는듯 ㅎㅎ

We really enjoyed our time here! We had a garden view room, which was lovely. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and the view! Especially enjoyed the road to Hana and getting to stay in Hana for 2 glorious nights!

The property is older and in need of some work. No ice machine on the property. You need staff to bring it. Peeling paint on the patio. No electrical outlets near table to plug in computer. For the price they are charging it should have been a five star hotel. Property is large and they send a golf cart to get you. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The property location, grounds, bungalow and view were beautiful, tranquil and everything you might imagine in a Hawaiian vacation. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I have been to Hawaii many times and this is definitely one of the best hotels have ever stayed at.

My wife and I were supposed to stay here for 4 days but couldn't stay. After we checked in, we were so disappointed that we booked somewhere else.

Great property and great stay at the Hana Maui resort! We only stayed one day but we were in awe of the amazing location of the property. Price was a little high but the amenities you get are pretty good. Wish our stay was longer! Highly recommended!

The young lady who checked us was exceptionally wonderful, so throughly professional. The 2 guys who drive the golf carts are very nice.

This resort is amazing! We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived! Our bungalow with an ocean view was spectacular! I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s worth every penny.

Overall a “just fine” stay — Hana is very quiet, limited dining options (even food trucks were wonky hours) and hotel rooms were aging (and no A/C). Still a beautiful and peaceful place to be.

Quiet paradise! Beautiful property! Watched the sunrise over the ocean. The room wasn’t air conditioned but there are ceiling fans and standing fans.

Loved the property and people. Bungalows were Suites had a lot of privacy. Lots of green and ocean views. Staff were superb. Would have preferred A/C, but the fans were adequate.

We were very excited for our stay. The staff was kind and friendly and it seems as they have a lotto offer…however our phone line to our room was not working so we were not able to call front desk for anything. The property is so large you need to reach them just to go to the restaurant, your car, or any of their amenities they offer such as tennis or spa services. Due to this we were isolated and stuck to our room our entire stay. It was supposed to be a relaxing restful stay for one night but instead it was tense and stressful and not at all what I expected it to be especially for the price of it.

This is absolutely Heaven on Earth! The grounds are well manicured and Hana is Hawaii as it should be. Quiet natural and food for the soul.

An amazing location. Room is super comfortable however drop your expectations based on the price. The location and amenities make up for the aged look of the rooms. It’s a wonderful way to break up the road to Hana so you can enjoy the journey and take your time.

We booked the King Bed room with Garden view, and only found out during check-in that there is no AC and that upgrading to a room with an AC would be $300 extra - on top of the already overpriced room. Besides, the room was outdated and the food was mediocre.

This is an older resort that is in a truly beautiful location. Our room was very spacious and had a wonderful deck that overlooked the ocean. We were disappointed that the A/C didn’t work well enough to cool the room, but the evening sea breeze made it comfortable enough. There was no hot water in our room either so we weren’t able to take a shower in the morning. The dinner at the restaurant was good, which was nice since there are no other dinner options in Hana.
