Great location nice clean room
Great location! Very clean and huge powerful shower. The only issue was we were not told where check in was so it was a bit annoying having to find out check in was 10 minutes away when we assumed check in was at the apartment

One of the worst accommodation experiences ever.
The hotel staff were utterly hopeless. I had left my passport at reception (which is another building) but I didn't realise this until the day we were checking out. I had spoken to reception 3 times during our stay and at no time did they davise that my passport was there. The microwave was not working. When I raised this with reception we were given the key to the opposite room to utlise that microwave for 1 night only - which didn't work either. The staff member promised to sort out our microwave but did nothing about it. The apartment was in a terrible sate of repair. The joinery baround the bathroom door was smashed and it was not possible to lock the door. There were exposed wires leading to a bathroom light and the bathrrom extractor fan was close to falling off the ceiling.

really nice cheap hotel in central london - BUT...
BUT - it needs to be made clear that you check in 250 metres around the corner. I was driving so could have pulled over, checked in, and gone directly to my room. Instead it took me a hour to work out the process.

5日間の滞在中、まともに過ごせたのは1日だけでした。 1日目:アパートに到着すると、入り口に張り紙、同系列のホテルのフロントにてチェックインする必要ありとのこと。結局荷物と家族を置いて、歩いて数分のホテルヘ。何故きちんと事前に説明しないのか疑問。チェックインしようとすると、部屋が用意できないので、1日のみ他のホテルへ滞在してくれとのこと(前の客が部屋を水浸しにした為との説明なるも、若干怪しいとの印象)。止む無く承諾するも、移動の為の車を1時間近く待たされる。2日目:漸くチェックインするも、キッチンのシンクが詰まっており、修理を依頼。ホテルは翌日には修理すると約束。3日目:キッチン修理の対応無し。修理督促。4日目:対応無し。督促するとホテル従業員が見に来るが、当然直らず。5日目:修理屋来訪、漸く修理完了。 個々の従業員はそれなりにやってくれているという感じですが、ホテルとして機能するシステムが不足しているとの結論です。設備もまあまあ、場所も良いのに、残念です。毎日クレームして、フラストレーションが溜まるだけの滞在でした。尚、洗濯機はありません。

Weekend ruined
They had double booked us so wanted us to go to sister hotel the other side of London. So left me with 2 hours to sort another hotel and get to the football match before kick off. Ruined my weekend and ended up with 2 separate rooms for my family

Avoid Avoid Avoid..........!
We arrived at the "hotel" only to find that we needed to be in a different location to check in. This is not an easy task when you have just been dropped off by a taxi and have loads of luggage! This information should be shared with guests PRIOR to arrival.The apartment we were given initially had the worst bed ever - it was basically just springs, not even my dog could sleep on a "bed" like this. We had to walk back to the other locations (10 minutes away) to complain. The chap on duty came back with us and agreed wholeheartedly that the bed was unacceptable. He found a 3/4 mattress for us to sleep on that night, and promised to find an acceptable solution as we were in for 5 nights. The kitchen equipment is mismatched and a joke - one teaspoon, 3 forks, 4 knives, no pots, old scratched pan, 1 coffee mug, 2 drinking glasses, no oven-mits, no dish towels. Get the picture, the kitchen is NOT FULLY EQUIPPED! It has a nice fridge (small deep freeze compartment hadn't been defrosted in 6 years!) microwave and oven which worked. We were moved to an apartment upstairs on street level (noisy) for the remaining 4 nights. The curtains were falling down, the safe didn't work (in spite of me asking 3 times), wooden laminate floors lifting, upholstered furniture torn and FILTHY. A day after we left, I discovered I had left one walking shoe in the apartment. I asked my sister to pop past the apartment to retrieve it for me, and the staff had already thrown the shoe away!

Radiatoren var ødelagt og det var alt for varmt, låsene på vinduene var ødelagte og leiligheten var bare delvis ren. Fikk beskjed om at de skulle fikse varmen og vinduslåsene mens vi var ute, men det hadde de ikke fått ordnet til vi kom tilbake igjen på kvelden. De hadde ingen andre ledige leiligheter, men fikk er familierom på hotellet der resepsjonen var. Dette rommet var helt greit i forhold til engelsk standar, lufting og stort. Veldig fornøyd med å ha fått byttet bort leiligheten, vil ikke anbefale leiligheten (har dog bare sett den vi fikk tildelt).

arrived at hotel with luggage only to find locked out and no one in attendace!!!! was early evening about 8pm after long flight from australia. notice on door gave instruction to go to another hotel a few blocks away ! one of us stayed with luggage while other 2 ( 3 people in our party ) tried to find this other hotel. after about 1 hour they returned with employee to be advised didnt have room for us ! was booked some time earlier and confirmed . was told by the employee we would have to stay at thier other hotel for the night and we would then have a room next day in hotel where we booked. we then had to walk with all our luggage to other hotel ( the employee helped after we complained )while trying to sort this all out other guests came to complain to employee about problems they were having. when we finally got to other hotel was dramas getting us a room but got sorted in the end. next day packed up our luggage and took it down to reception where we were told our room at the other hotel would be ready for us later in the day. we insisted they take our luggage to other hotel was told it would be (reluctantly ). we needed to go back later in the day to get key ( still no reception at our hotel). when we returned our luggage was still in hotel and not taken to kensingtonapart hotel and also told that still no room for us and they would have to find a room for us at one of thier other hotels ! finally after much disscusion they gave us a room at hotel we stayed in the following night and upgraded us to larger room and gave our third party very small room to herself and free breakfast for the five days we were booked in for. we appreciate that they came good for us in the end BUT was a shambles and very very stressing for us to start with!

Appauling Customer Service
Arrived at the hotel to find a sign showing that check-in is not there, but half a mile away - there were no instructions about this on the booking. The website phone number did not work. When I got to check-in there were no rooms available in my booked hotel nor in any of the other hotels in the group. There were other customers in the same position. The staff just shrugged, did nothing to help and there was no apology. Absolutely shocking behaviour. At 11pm at night I had to try to find a hotel for myself. They flatly refused to help to find me a room. I suggest you avoid, or risk having nowhere to stay.

Warning
When we arrived at the hotel and finally got our apartment, the apartment was not cleaned. After the dialogue with the reception we got another opportunity, this opportunity was not working, there was old garbage in waste bins, and the refrigerator was that old moldy leftovers. We had daily reminders for daily cleaning and succeeded 2 times to get clean towels at 19 o'clock in the evening. !!! The apartment was supposed to be a luxury apartment, but this is not correct, it's just an average apartment is not maintained and somewhat disgusting. The temperature in the apartment is not adjustable which meant that there was very hot, and the noise from the traffic was unbearable when the windows were open, which was necessary because of the heat. If you have already booked apartment at this hotel, it is recommended to have it canceled immediately and find something else. - It is recommended that you look after other reviews on the internet of this hotel as they do not Hodler their promises. (ps. all the reviews are identical ... nobody is happy ...)

Fantastic apartment in a lovely part of town. Has everything you need and is a clean & comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay
I think very good value for money in London. Clean spacious apartment (contrary to reviews I've seen). Equipped kitchen and basic cutlery provided. Reception is two blocks away so, you will have to walk there to get the keys. Parking is costly- Marriott next door is £35 for 24 H, but plenty of free spaces on weekend - Sat after 1:30 pm - and during the night. Good location- tube three minutes walk and museums ,Hyde park , Harrods etc. in walking distance.
