Last minute stay. Decided to make a night stop while traveling. Staff was friendly check out times worked out great. Food was pretty good. Rooms and atmosphere were good too :)

For a nice Staycation, this property is very nice, convenient to other activities, and the convenience of shuttle service makes it commutable if wanting to indulge with the downtown scenery. Do not skip past their layout of the breakfast buffet that certainly is Well worth the price.

This is a nice property with lots of potential, but it was a bit of a disappointment given that it is a Hilton property, we expected more. We were there 3 days and the hallways had trash on the floor and were never vacuumed in that time :-( The elevators were also dirty. One reason we booked it was the indoor pool for our kids (too cold for outdoor) but it was closed due to some electrical issue :-( There was no free breakfast, no free parking and no free Wifi unless you were a Hilton Honors member. I'll stay elsewhere next time.

The first night I had no shampoo and just washed my hair with water and notified front desk. The following day, no shampoo again. I notified again and they offered to send some that night. We were already in bed..so I didn’t need it anymore.

The naid service was sub par. Didbt replace coffee and tea, dixnt replace cups for coffee. Keft dirty glasses in our room.

Hotel was great and clean. Ate dinner downstairs after we checked in. It was pretty good food and at a fair price. Parking was $18 so add that the your cost. Overall good experience

We usually stay here the night before we fly. The airport shuttle is free and the long term parking rates can’t be beat! The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is amazing. The food and bar are excellent!

The lobby and bar (where we ate) was very uncomfortably cold. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We stayed during the recent snowstorm. The staff was stressed because of staffing shortages. Most of them did the best they could under the circumstances. Unfortunately, there were some staff who were downright rude. One woman, I didn't get her name, as her long hair covered her name tag. She works at the front desk(has very long fingernails). After my initial contact with her, I went out of my way to avoid dealing with her.. That being said, some staff stood out as stellar. The manager(didn't get his name. Tall, longer hair, glasses) was so pleasant and helpful. Sonya, at the front desk was amazing and very cheerful. A special review goes out to Kenny, who despite the challenges of the weather, staff shortage, the hotel being loaded with people who were unable to leave and go out to eat at other places in the area, was always pleasant, very helpful and worked hard to do the best he could, always with a smile. He was great to our business group who was there. Kenny is a gem!

Too much extra charges
The hotel workers are not the nicest by far, paying extra for parking in that area is ridiculous! Everything is extra there and the breakfast is not worth the price by far…it is conveniently located to everything we need and clean with comfy beds

Dated. Walls in bathroom of room 607 are split open. Bathroom also smells of feces in shower pipes. They charge $16 a night for parking . No free breakfast nor complementary coffee in common area. Breakfast is $17 per person and is terrible

Our room was very dirty. There was trash between the tv and table. Also between the nightstand and beds. The floor needed vacuuming. Both beds had stains on them. We slept on top with our own blankets. Would not recommend.
