Очень гостеприимны отель
Прекрасный отель, очень отзывчивый русско-говорящий персонал. Разместили без предварительного бронирования, что очень помогло в непростой ситуации( 23:00, Хилтон поблизости аннулировал бронь и отказался селить). Отель очень понравился, бассейн, пляж, бар, спа все на уровне. Спасибо Вам огромное!!!

Güzel bir tatildi.
Yemekler hizmet temizlik gayet güzel konumu çok çok iyi. Plajı denizi havuzu animasyonları gayet başarılı ala carte restorantı olmaması iyi olmamış. Kötü yorumları okudum beklentimi yükseltmedim ama beklediğimden çok çok daha başarılı çıktı.

DO NOT STAY HERE - Read reviews
Worse experience ever . Went here at midnight to check in. They could not find our reservation after showing our confirmation and payment to hotels.com , they wanted to check us in with a condition of paying same amount as deposit in cash . We asked to speak to manger , they said there is no manager on duty . We gave up and paid them . Booked me in a handicapped room and room occupied with other people . We went back to front desk and they said they gave us two wrong room and end up giving us two different rooms . Went to rooms and slept . Hotel is very dark and feels depressing . I will not recommend this hotel nor I will ever stay again . Staff is rude and not friendly . Hotel is dirty and feels like you are in a under ground bazar.

This is the worst hotel experience in my life. The hotel doesnt have AC in lobby, floors, restaurant. Only Rooms Ac is working. All the drinks like water and fake. I will never recommend this hotel. 0 star

"Hello! The hotel lobby is a link between the main entrance, the entrance to the restaurant, which also has open space and access to the main pool, and, accordingly, the entrances and exits are almost always open for guests' convenience. The hall has a large area and it is very difficult to cool it for the above reason. Drinks, including alcoholic, are served in accordance with the concept of the hotel. İn any case, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Firstly,its not known as the Grand Haber Hotel any more! its the Rox Royal.So finding the place was great fun... Nobody in the hotel staff spoke English.Has 90% + of the guest were Russians that's fair enough,if frustrating,but my girlfriend is fluent in Russian.and she struggled communicating with the staff. We both found the staff rude and very unhelpful.In fact they seemed to go out of their way to be unhelpful.One night removing salt and pepper pots from our table,without asking, during our main course,well within the opening period of the restaurant . also consistently removing utensils from tables without a word or indication .Music blared out from all pools all the time the restaurant opening period. There are external bars etc to the left of the hotel blasting out music till 4am every night. Great fun! I've always said 'jokingly 'as long as i could get a beer in a bar,i'd be alright, well i wasnt here.In the bar off the main restaurant ,they didnt know what a beer was! Even if you cant speak english,i thought that the word Beer was pretty universal .The so called air conditioning didnt work

Bece 5* lık bir Hotel değil. Personel çok iyi olsa da oda daki banyo kesinlikle 5* değil di. Duş aldıktan sonra banyo her seferinde yerler ıslaktı. Su akıtıyor du. Tuvaletin duvardaki şifon çekme yeri için 3 defa tamire geldiler. Hatta bir kere yere bile düştü. Bunlar misafir girmeden tamir edilmeliydi. Sabah kahvaltısında servis güzel di. Garsonlar çok ilgilydi

J'ai déjà été l année dernière c été vraiment bien que je suis retourné cette année avec toute ma famille j ai payé une fortune pour être a l'aise ,mais très déçu .. Ont arrivé le soir a 23h a la réception on a due mal a ce faire comprendre il parlé même pas anglais , on a eu deux chambres séparées une au premier étages et l autre au troisième j ai demandé d avoir les deux à côté mais il nous a dit d attendre le lendemain y avait pas d eau dans le frigo et la clim qui fonctioné mal j'ai demandé à la réception plusieurs fois mais sans résultat . Y avais beaucoup de choses qui manquer par rapport à l année dernière ,..... Les activités pour les enfants , les soirée nulle , la musique et les animateurs qui parler que russe et turc . Pour la nourriture ça va c été du frais bon courage au personnels du restaurant qui été sympas et souriant malgré leur boulot non stop . Un grand chapeau à Ylmaz le bar Man qui servais non stop avec sourir et gentillesse .

Bra hotell, absolut inte 5 stjärnor. Låg bra i förhållande till shopping och strand. En timme till hotellet i taxi. Slitet och dåligt badrum i familjerummet. All inclusive koncept men blev lite samma samma mat efter ett tag. Samma mat som de gjort om från lunchen till middagen. Fint hamam och ok gym men dock slitet. Bra pooler både inne och ute. Dåligt wifi som var gratis i receptionen. Trevlig personal som inte stirrade på unga tjejer.

Most of the visitors were Russian and Turkish, which meant that most of the staff did not speak English. Our stay was from 24th to 28th October. What we did not know was that on 26th the hotel switched to "winter" mode, which meant that lot of facilities were closed (aquapark, restaurant by the sea, ala/carte restaurants). Even before the switch the hotel seemed to have plenty of empty space, which resulted e.g. in the evening program happening in the hotel atrium, instead of the amphitheater (=loud Russian disco right in front of your room every day till 11pm or so).

Hôtel super bien on a passé un très bon séjour avec mes enfants tout été bien , la nourriture fraîche , le service et la propreté bien Beaucoup de Russes . Problème de langage le personnel parle russe et englais. Un grand merci à Mr Messaout le directeur de l hôtel qui traduisé en arabe . Je recommande cet hôtel

Bon quartier pour les fêtards.Dynamisme des animateurs russes très moyen pour stimuler et s'occuper des convives. Tres bon hôtel pour être en famille.Dommage que le staff animateur est en majorité oriente pour la population russe. Tres bonne cuisine mais mais le restaurant principale était insuffisant en climatisation.Le personnel de l hôtel est très disponible a la demande des clients.Attention a la réservation de votre chambre car on ma attribuer une chambre standard transformée en chambre familiale a laide de lit d appoint très moyen.Mon conseil:appeler l hôtel pour se renseigner du dispositif de la location et surtout confirmer la réservation.Merci au dirrecteur de la reception MESUT,qui fait tout pour arrenger les rattes du service reservation en relation avec les differents sites de reservation.

Nous avions deux chambres à cette Hôtel pour partir en famille 3 adultes et Enfant de 3 ans la proximité des deux chambres évidement un critère important que nous avons signalé dès la réservation. Sur place ! nous avons été obligé d'accepter des chambres de catégorie inferieurs (brillantes) pour avoir les chambres sur le même palier et même pas côte à côte.... Le Restaurant avec nombre de place limité donc très difficile pour trouver une place pour les repas de mauvaise qualité. Les activités seulement en turc ou en russe et personne ne parle anglais! Loin de la plage et il faut traverser une route et un jardin Public.. Aucun respect pour les familles et les jeunes enfants la musique de disco en russe très très fort..impossible de rester autour de la piscine plus de 15 minutes.. la notion de vue Mer n'existe pas mais on vous fait payer un supplément pour le vue Mer... C'est une honte de proposer cet Hôtel à la clientèle française... je suis très déçu de la prestation .
