Loved the staff. The receptionist was great. The lobby was clean, and it was a convenient location for us. Loved the room minus the hide-a-bed being a flimsy dirty unmade mattress (no options for sheets in the room). The sofa was stained and unable to sleep comfortably on it knowing it was uncleaned. When we first arrived to the room, everything was unplugged including the tv dish box, and had to have someone come up and fix that issue. My two main reasons for booking at this location was for pets (a miscommunication from Expedia and the hotel so my information for my service animal was not saved and therefore I had to pay out of pocket to have my service dog, 50$ additional dollars). And the second reason, breakfast included. I was disappointed in the lack of options and the amount of equipment that was out of order (on one of the busiest holidays for traveling...). There was very little options for gluten free (banana or apples, super original and lame). Drink machine out of order both days and last days the ONLY breakfast my kids liked (pancakes) that machine was also out of order with no substates. It was disheartening that I paid 500$ for two nights and I couldn't get some scrambled eggs and oj. My suggestion, plan better and have a backup in place if you are aware your equiptment breaks that often.
