The room was beautiful and decorated in calming colors. Everything was clean.The staff was friendly and welcoming. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend it if you live or are traveling to LA.

Thank you for your comments, we recently renovated the rooms and hallways in an effort to improve the guest experience. In addition to our Bistro we have many excellent restaurants in our immediate area as well.

The man checking us in was very unfriendly. We asked about breakfast and he said the restaurant opened at 4:30 pm. In fact, it is open for breakfast. The people in the next room was up until 5 in the morning slamming the door constantly.

Nice and clean room! Easy check in and out. Staff was friendly. Loved that you couldn’t use the elevator without a room key, felt a bit safer.

Thank you for your feedback, due to only a portion of our guests using parking we do not include it in our rates for everyone. We do offer a package rate that includes parking at a discount from paying for it separately as well.

I found the staff very accommodating, friendly and professional. They remembered who I was and asked sincerely how a situation at home caused me to shorten my stay. The rooms were very attractive, quiet and although I'm not a golfer, the Swing(?) room was unique and looked to be popular. Nice selection of equipment in the fitness center as well. Definitely would return.

This was a mixed hotel experience. The check in was easy staff were accommodating in offering tea noticing I was sick losing my voice and staff helped to make sure we had a room with working heater. Hotel is located downtown therefore hotel rooms are pretty small. The shower had hair in it. I couldn’t take a shower there without feeling grossed out and no faith in the cleanliness. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel price is high per night and charge high parking rates for a small room that is not very clean. Expedia charged parking and then when I checked in hotel staff told me that I would need to pay parking directly with them and have to dispute the charge with Expedia. Needless to say expedia made it right by reimbursing the parking fee but it took over an hour to reach an agent that can make it right. I think there are better options for hotels in the area.

Noise due to renovations being done on another floor. Also water was off for a whole day with no real explanation as to why. No offer of service recovery by hotel management due to extreme inconvenience. Hotel was over $200 a day! Completely unacceptable.
